Clearly we don't need a floating storage and regasification unit if we can pump natural gas directly into the moored ship.
Thus VOG must have the most competitive-priced solution?
My post didn't go through?
300MW project possible in Douala port (twice the size of Aksa)
See my posts on LSE VOG (BUsiness in Cameroon and Karpowership 'headers')
Power generation in the Port of Douala twice the size of Aksa power station could be with us in 90 days!
See my posts on LSE VOG. (Business in Cameroon article + Karpowership).
If that doesn't put a rocket under the SP, nothing will!
(PS: I hesitated buying at 3.8p the other day, then minutes later went out of reach - so just in VOG myself, but similar prospects as to BLVN).
The bid is catching up with the offer too, 'only' 15% now. The last few months it has been +30% at times
Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear Nicetomichu. HSBC have obviously been buying as their holding went through 9% this week. All good. Just need a few other II's to follow suit and drive this Northwards. Need FID confirmed before it really takes off though. The sp spread will narrow naturally once the real buying begins.
Not that many shares available to buy , I reckon with continued buying pressure we will see 7p printed soon possibly tomorrow. We have two pieces of news which could potentially propel the sp back to where it belongs. News due on confirmation of License renewal and FID which is the big one. If we get positive FID which is due soon the massively undervaluation of BLVN will be no more. Good luck all.
40% many trades in last 30 mins, massive spread as usual
£6k buy at 6p..........getting some interest here finally
I now get that you are referring to that holdings RNS from yesterday evening Christoski.. thanks.. and nice to see that adding
( I - mis - interpreted your message as HSBC were a covering broker that sent out a latest coverage note that was positive.. wishful thinking on my part ..etc.. )
Nicetomichu
Just look at today's RNS. Link to all RNSs is at the top of this site
good summary ross, thanks for sharing. It would be nice to get to 26p level!
mm's are keen for my 98,000 shares today! nobody wanted them the other day. Seems this is on the up. 6p to buy now and I just got offered 5.2p to sell
can you paste a link to or the text from that HSBC note please Christoski?
I notice this is all of a sudden around 6p to buy ... I guess off the back of this HSBC commentary?
The quoted spread here is more outrageous again right now though (4.8-6 as i type) ... athough prices offered are much tighter than quoted spread as i type.. why they keep with this huge spread confuses me somewhat ( see my comment on this yesterday also )
A good sign and nice to see that HSBC continue to see the value and potential upside in BLVN
I was hoping that enough volume would, from this week on, start going through to make MM's more confortable with an ongoingly much tighter spread here.. volume has picked up a bit but spread has, beyond very occassionaly, not narrowed from the large/huge. alas ..so MM's still needing to see more volume more regularly perhaps..especially buying volume.
Also I'm surprised - amazed even - that there is still some selling here in the 4.5 p area.. but every one to their own decisions/views, of course
Look at the cash balance and assets with licences now seemingly nailed on to be renewed.. and in the £15 -£20m area market cap seems EXTREMELY low to me..... but the market decides the price and it is what it is, for now.. and i'm happy to see this as at least a mdium term bet and expect patience will be well/very well rewarded here.
All IMHO and DYOR
was engineered down late yesterday and this morning to allow Jepclampit average down hard from his very high average perhaps :-)
Starting to move up a bit again now.. maybe/hopefully
Thanks for the article Happysparrow.. and great if not a typo !!
I too am surprised that this is not higher now ..6p + for eg. but the market has other ideas, at this moment at least.. also the very wide spread that kicks in too readily here is not helping at all..
Still think this is a strong buy anywhere even remotely close to these 5 to 6p ish levels.. ( and meaningfully put my money where was mouth is yesterday )
IMHO and DYOR
Like all I hope this carry's on going up to maybe 10p but I don't expect it to go very high until we get the real approved license through then it would be nice to see 20p+
Am surprised this hasn't seen more of an uptick following that RNS. Expected to see a move higher.............clearly everything is waiting on FID. Too many false promises here
THANKYOU happy sparrow appreciated
All good thanks, still awaiting this Lemon to turn around and let me escape! What give Mr Pasties away was the time he said he was visiting London from his new home in SA, he said he was georging on London Pride and Jellied Eels !! REALLY???
'An FID is expected by early 2021' Poor journalism or do they know something?
