Anyone explain the drop today
i.e. Trafford Centre, Lakeside and 15 others.
The old story of creditors putting the boot in.
For me this looks like a solid update, given the situation we find ourselves in. Without the covid issue we should be trading £6+ after that report. Down 30% on the high of £9 due to valuation decreases. So it's a matter of how much further risk is attached to the share price. The current price seems like an extreme amount of risk, especially given our strategy. My view, and it is just that, is that this will move into the £4.50 to £5 trading range in the next month, and that is where we will stay for a while. There is still a lot of support out there for this company, and we look cheap right now.
Sounds like a name change to Asian Land after that . A huge ripple of panic sweeping through the property lending industry with those drop off in values as valuers wield the sword .Equity disappearing down the drain on their loan books
True but No Deal Brexit -hit London hard!
I have to cover my eyes with someone posting this. You know we are in one of the largest Macro economic events you will ever experience? If you still think the sell in May applies, you should put your money in a bank account for 1% interest. Shocking!
Really, is that a question? What do you thin happened?
This will return at least 70% on investment over the next 3 years. You would have to have no knowledge of economics or investing, not to buy this now.
I wish new investers would stop Wingeing on about dividends ! "NEWS ALERT " these companys are looking for ways to survive,
this is factered into the low bargain share prices accross the board, if your unhappy with the survival instincts of these large undervalued companys just stick your money in the bank and earn ****e all, while we all pile in for the future :)
Think it’s sell in May and go away!
No Dividend ! What happened?
yes a good quality share and a very good discount price for mid to long term hold adding on any dips .. Land securities i have topped up after the share price fall yesterday another great entry point for them as well
I honestly cant believe that the SP is so low. What a time to be able to buy. Huge value investors dream.
I bought in the range of £3.16- £3.50 looking to add more as and when share dips down.
I wont be selling as holding long term for dividend .
I would like to think long term anything under £3.50- £4 will be a good investment moving forward mid term
What do you consider to be the new dip level? (serious question)
I'm trying to learn new tricks at my advanced age.
strong company great portfolio when this virus is passed it will once again be a great dividend paying stock buying on any dips
I must be a dummy ... grabbed a few for 380.
EPRA NAV per share of 856p (Sep 2019) - brilliant!
...errrr.
Markets mad today. It’s just the new ISA year. They buy for perceived yield without much thought of fundamentals!
Still downwards, buying now to balance out excess gains before month end.
Dummies could be right until we know where we are with Brexit!

''I'm looking for close to 400p in this market ... valuations of London Property are dropping like a stone .....Thank you Brexit Voting Dummies.''
Well what can I say. We are getting Brexit done.
Also you may have to wait a while for 400p a share.
This has been a great investment for me.
