''Instead of buying shares if they increased divi level''
British Land are a REIT, and as such by law have to pay out at least 90% of taxable income out to shareholders.
Should of put my money on lsec. Thats bouncing up today.
Inept board told you! This should be on 600p. Instead of buying shares if they increased divi level would show a sign on strength. But no this board knows better. 7 year low
This will never stay green. Just provides more opportunities to short !
Im ready to commit 250% at 400p. I've already commited 500k @ 530p. Suffice to say badly hit here. So had to short to hedge some losses. Londons going no where recession or no recession. Brexit occurs 425p back to 625p when they realised the world wont end. But will be ugly few months. Stupid bojo!

Residential property and commercial are two different markets.
https://workplaceinsight.net/surge-in-demand-for-london-office-space/
I'm looking for close to 400p in this market ... valuations of London Property are dropping like a stone .....
Thank you Brexit Voting Dummies.
Im seriously confused if I have a house worth 100k. But it was on the stock market. And I was only getting 50k on shares for it. Id buy the shares at 50k. Then sell the house at 100k. This board is inept!
650p will come round again in next 6-12 months. I mean sell everything now and get 800p. They too busy buying their own shares because its undervalued. 5 million a day they are buying it now.
MRD5432 would be great if they returned us 650. Don't even need 800p.
They should just sell everything off and return us net value at 950p. In a fire sale say we dont get full then even 800p is better than 500p.
This is all intus fault. Its bad results are dragging this down. Im going to close short soon and use profits to buy more of this. Buying london offices at 50% discount is the way forward.
7 year low. Im having to short to recoup my losses here.
at 504p
5k a penny short. Come home to papa. From 215p
Short well in the money. Trading at 50% nav. Inept board cant provide true value.
Time to short this stupid share. Make some losses back.
When the F will this stop dropping. All it knows is one way down.
