I see it as a good financing, not sure what others think. No immediate dilution at these low prices. Repaid by Jan/Feb next year. If prices are higher by then, we would have done really well out of it. If there not then we are no worse off as placings are at a discount most of the time anyway.
Being optimistic, I see it as Kurt not wanting to raise at this low price and getting a quick lump in the bank on very good terms.
If repaid in shares, at a 10% discount, it would equate to around 30m shares being issued at today’s current SP. So if KB had raised funds through a rights issue, the outcome would have been the same. This deal will have been quicker and easier to put together...
Looking forward to what LBJJ has to say about this. Shouldn’t be long now.
A large short term loan with a monthly non compounding interest rate, can be repaid at any time before maturity and through a swedish finance.
Could it be that a positive decision is fairly imminent?
Downside is massive dilution if we don't get the decision before maturity.
Yet more into vardar. Not far from being majority shareholder now.
Have you summoned the thunder Sooz? Lol. I love the bean risotto choice, I'd prefer that as well. Enjoy your evening. Tis still lovely and warm.
I'm sure it isn't my blood pressure. Lol.
Be nice if the greenies could see that our little company is green. Sheesh.
PS I suppose December is technically Autumn; so I suppose I should apologise for unduly cynical remarks. :-)
Delayed for six months? Business as usual then/or not...I though Sweden was ignoring the lockdown so why are they in postponed mode when everybody else is trying to get up and running. Thanks Andy.
Evie eve Eric...nice bit of cool rain where I am just in time to stop my plans for the fire pit feast. Broad bean risotto for me plus sausages for everybody else. And a bit of thunder ... I absolutely love it. Have a nice summer night. x
Thanks for the info Andy. I've just seen your post.
Hi Sooz. Yes, if the KU doesn't meet again then I feel this year might be another poor one for us re Kallak. I'm not sure if the Government is purposefully starving us to death, lol, but it obviously isn't considering our situation at all, during this process. Surely any robust testing by the Government of our resolve in terms of all things Kallak has long since been concluded. We aren't going away and are planning the project expertly. .Green and inclusive.
Bypass Baylan if necessary, and it appears that it might be. In the name of progress. Lol.
Afty eve. x
The KU report will show up in December or January, it's delayed about six months.
Not that it matters, since it seems we're in a completely locked position until the greenies exits the Government.
Ps Only one intended but two will do nicely. :-)
So...Is this the bottom bottom, a few hopeful buys this morning. What are we waiting for now then? The KU Report in early Autumn (I think) will stir things up a bit. The Swedish Government's plan, if they had one, to starve us out isn't working. GLA
Morning. Re “Jimmy”. I see! Thank you. atb
Night Sooz. x
Lol
Nighty night Eric. x
I bet they haven't produced as many pellets as I have, holding this for ten years.

Not necessarily ...it can leave you stuck on a spike...finding the bottom is much safer. Is this the bottom? What could go wring now?
