Morning Eric. About that gold, just finding some will have a positive effect on the sp, never mind the rest of the business. Can't be that difficult, miners' 49ers dug it out with a spade.
Thanks Sooz. I can't get excited about the gold I'm afraid, as it is so far an unproven factor. Kallak on the other hand is a proven asset, recognised and JORCed, a mineable resource.
The Kosovo project is still years away from proving up any decent resource, if at all, in my view. I'd much rather focus on what we actually have now, not what may or may not be.
Hey, can you imagine another ten years of this? Lol.
I bet you actually can! x

Thanks Betterdayz and BeeGee
The thing is, it continues to not be fair play, there is no sign of the Government giving us this decision, so maybe we should make it LKAB's problem. For a very good price. Sooz, I just feel the lack of fair play will continue.
We could be waiting forever for this concession. Something different must surely be considered.
Sorry, meant seven and a half years....a deal with LKAB, yes, delightful, they are the 'natural owners' but only when we've got the concession, which we deserve. Otherwise is isn't fair play. Think of this as often as possible...we'll get a fair resolution. And don't forget the gold!
Evie eve. x
I don't know Sooz. It's seven years and four months so far, which in itself is quite tragic.
Maybe Kurt can use the media to emphasise that we've had no reply from Baylan so are now writing to the PM. If the media highlights this will it exert more pressure, even by way of the PM having to respond? It may be worth a try.
I'm trying to think of ways to add a serious nudge, but without resorting to taking legal action.
It does seem that this year, in terms of our sp fortunes, will be completely drab.
Another alternative, a bit off the wall this, is for Kurt to strike a deal with LKAB for Kallak for a very good price and let them worry about gaining the concession licence.
Only my usual brainwaves in overdrive, but I'm absolutely fed up with our position and with this investment Sooz.
Hello Eric. I think we need help from the lawmakers...can they streamline the permitting process and leave old applications unresolved? Eight and a half years..when will they manage to work it out, I dunno either.
If we write to the PM and he fails to respond, just as Baylan has, then we can surely use that to take it further.
Only my opinion.
The PM didn't know what the blockage is? Lol. What would the chances be of getting an audience? Zero imo.
How about a TV advert like they do in USA? Get the message direct to the masses
Well whoever is doing the blocking is good at it.... has cast iron armour and remains in control of the situation and process.... perhaps KB should canvas the share holders to get a feeling for what to do to bypass the obvious blockers.... someone suggested a visit to the PM's office... with some swedish share holders as interpreters ... maybe that would highlight the cobwebs and dust growing around our green application.... no one could describe it as a priority
Frustrated as ever
Brick
laud or lord? Either might be appropriate lol
I should have said lord it over.....
I could be well wrong though, as I do find it unreal that a small percentage party within a coalition can laud it over all and sundry. If the Greens aren't upsetting the process for us, then just who is?
Dunno.
Hear what you say Eric and you're probably right. Conspiracy theories abound in uncertain times eh?
Hi 3card. I'm not sure it's anything to do with it, us leaving the EU, because we still have our Swedish subsidiary company JIMAB, so that shouldn't be any issue. It seems that the coalition Government is being rocked constantly by the Greens, in terms of Greenie aversion to any form of industrial progress, regardless of how environmentally friendly planned progress is to be. A tiny minority is apparently blocking the process for us. Or so it seems. The problem is Kurt can't seem to get to the bottom of it in order to do something about it. Baylan is keeping him at arms length. Of course, Kurt, although frustrated, needs to find a way through, because the Government has so far shown no regard to the Company throughout the entire process.
Only my view, but whether EU in or out shouldn't affect our little wolf's mojo and send the Government off its nut. Lol.
3rd card bag you sound like Dr Spock ? Live long and prosper ? After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing after all as wanting. It is not logical, but is often true. ?
If Europe involved it be sold off to Hungary or Greece ?
This sounds more logical your a euro sceptic keep your politics out of our board load of nonsense ?
It might sound a bit illogical Eric, but I'm gradually convincing myself that the Swedes are just playing for time until UK is finally out of EU and then come up with some obscure reason to not give us the go ahead. Don't know what or why EU exit is significant. Just can't see a logical reason for all this delay and obfuscation
Hi TFE. I've mentioned this before, but an option could be to bypass Baylan and write to the PM.
If we aren't to take legal action, which doesn't seem on the cards.
Better than sitting and waiting. Our application decision was supposedly being prioritised some sixteen months ago. Well, what a load of crap we were told.
Cheers Far.
Who's he going to press Eric?
There's nothing happening here they're all on the annual summer recess, except for a few minions.
Everything stops in Europe especially during August.
The last news on it was that he isn't giving up, but it may be that he's not pressing further for a decision at this present time. That's what we don't know.
He can't give up, because we pay him not to, and he's just raised finance via Nordic lenders, which to me means from those with an interest in Kallak. He must have given them assurances with regard to his level of commitment, in order to have struck a good deal for us.
Only my thoughts, but of course, I hope he is still pressing the Government for resolution of our concession situation.
Why would you think that Roller? Did you miss the RNS and the Interview? Was have I missed something purely rhetorical?
It's a desperately sad situation Eric, I was told 2 months ago by Kurt "I'm not giving up"...??? Looks like he has not only given up but also buggered off..
