The Presenter also touched on the politics.
The link to Pro-Hearings (see Geovanni 20 Oct 20) shows all of it including the Presenter and the Audience and the location...the Presenter was well informed, he'd done his homework. On the website now you get Kurt but not the whole thing....and the whole thing has added interest. It's very good.
I'm confused Eric. If you're still with us, have you had a post removed that we haven't seen?
shame he keeps going on the sauce, well said Eric, it needed to be done, the thread is much better without him ,
I put all of the asterisks in my last post, I did not swear and have them asterisked out by Admin.
I may receive a ban, fair enough, but I'm sick and tired of Admin allowing Buster's posts to appear on this bb.
I wish you all well. Shareholders and those with an interest in BEM.
Goodnight. Maybe goodbye.
Bit late with that one Geo. Lol.
don t argue with big 3rdcardbag ITS HIS WAY OR SUZY WILL SUCK UP TO HIM .

Lb, no, Kurt is working for us, make no mistake about that, but he can do more, in my opinion, to lean on Baylan and his department. Writing to the PM and demanding clarity on the delay is a worthwhile task. The Prohearings presentation had to be fairly general, because Kurt was only allocated roughly half an hour to spotlight three project areas. It was still quite informative though and we could see his plans for next year and beyond. The problem was that it was a small scale venue, and we need to be reaching a wider audience, so although it was of benefit to us, it was only marginally so. Of course, it does take him away from the office for a while, which is good for his mental health. Lol.
Evening. lbjj, your …. “I'd plump for spectator as he clearly has no cards to play” … really? Kallak is hot! We have a great resource, and the MI supports the award for concession. KB will be playing his cards now! atb
Yes quite right 3card, we have all been shareholders here for years and years, why do we have to take any notice of anybody who doesn’t even hold any shares here,
lbjj. I don't think Al is saying that at all. He appears to me to be saying he will discuss the decision with any investor, whatever their position, which by definition excludes you. End of
Good afternoon,
What you are effectively saying is you don't want to hear from anyone who doesn't agree with your unjustifiably optimistic view of this shambles.
This board needs some realism and balance and is open to all. I could very easily pretend to be invested, as many do on plenty of boards. Filter me if all you want to hear are your own words repeated back to you by people hand picked by you.
lbjj, you’ve got a lot to say for somebody who’s not even invested here, why not leave it to the people who are invested here to get on with each other, it’s much more friendlier ,I’m very happy to discuss anything with a fellow shareholder but not with you,
Kurt is looking more and more ineffective.
The swedes are giving him the run around and he’s doing nothing about it.
He gives the impression that he’s working for the Swedish government and not Beowulf shareholders. Very poor after 6 years in the job, Eric.
Can you, or anyone else tell me what the prohearings presentation was designed to achieve?
Prohearings is a platform hardly anyone views
It was a very general resume of the 3 areas of exploration in which the company is involved, delivered to a handful of silver haired blokes! Who were they? A list of attendees is a minimum requirement, in my view. This is the sort of detail investors shouldn’t be scratching their heads about ffs.
Aug, we have gone above and beyond the requirements for a concession to be granted. The Government's own criteria within the application is surely the only thing that can be challenged. Let it be then, and we can file for massive compensation, if it turns out that the actual criteria isn't up to test. We've been pi55ed about with for too many years. If Kurt is on the inside, it's beyond time that he stopped playing his part in whatever unclear game the Government decides and started thinking about moving matters on himself.
Kurt should be writing to the PM now then, instead of corresponding with Baylan. Although the PM may sign off any final decision, Minister Baylan is in the position to set the ball rolling and monitor progress for us, which he has failed to do effectively. He has dodged the specifics and stuck to generalisation throughout, so we still really don't know why there's a delay in the Government reaching a conclusion. Who exactly is holding this up?
If Kurt knows the specifics and why, he shouid inform us of such. It is grossly unfair on shareholders that, after seven and a half years of our waiting for an outcome on Kallak, we are none the wiser as to when this permit decision will come.
If Baylan was non-essential, Kurt would not have bothered continuing to write to him. Baylan is involved in bringing us the decision. However, as he has treated Kurt and BEM so poorly, he should be bypassed.
We shouldn't be having these conversations about the decision still not being forthcoming, I want Kurt to do something different.
Good afternoon,
I fear Budge is a spectator just as investors are. And weary of it all, most certainly.
Either that or a damned good poker player. I'd plump for spectator as he clearly has no cards to play.
PS What makes you think life is passing me by? I live very well without my little bit of Jokkmokk but one can always have hopes and wishes for the future, doesn't mean you don't enjoy the present, I enjoy it very much...most days.
Lolol afternoon. lbjj, we remain invested because we remain positive, on balance! You on the other hand, do not remain invested because you no longer remain positive! No crime has been committed. Main street doesn’t give a fk that the Government will exploit investors greed because, they know we have the sell button. If the concession is legal, and the MI does say that it is, then every main player, will work together for an outcome that serves all, at least in some way, so a concession can be granted, that won’t run the risk of being overturned through any legal challenge. Nothing is legal for sure, until it has been tested, and the Government won’t want their decision tested. You should not accept any player’s position as some given! Looking at that presentation, KB is not a guy on the outside looking in, he is on the inside. That’s where you win with Governments. Imo only. atb
Oh, yes...sorry, it was me that lost £33k, thought it rang a bell. Never mind, what goes around comes around.
So I'm cheap and vulgar....:-) I can live with that.
Keep it up Suzy we are all behind you,
You really are Mrs Kurt Budge, aren't you?
If you are going to be so vulgar as to talk figures. At least be accurate. My first sell was at a loss of £22k. And I got 3 months in NZ, thanks.
PS you are the most relentless ramper on here with your " excitement " without reason.
I know, I know...you didn't actually lose £30K you transferred the money you managed to retrieve from here into an investment in Morrisons, which made you much, much more. Well done, I'm glad for you. Personally I have little interest in supermarkets, I go in, buy something for dinner, etc and never think any more about them, they're very boring.
