And it's up there...graphite..a rare earth mineral!
I haven't had time to read it yet...just took a quick look and it's very pretty. Read it tonight at the witching hour probably...exciting, yes!
Let's have a song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65VnCi2b0Ok
Swedish politicians have spouted so much hot air I can’t remember. Sweden has an abundance of minerals... mining them is the issue.
These thoughts are due to that letter which seemed to be putting the focus on rare earth metals and I'm hoping it wasn't a sneaky thrust at Kallak. On the more optimistic side they said a Regional Policy wasn't effective because the minerals occur where they occur, which fits in well with that nice Mr Damberg's comment that reindeer have legs. I wonder if he got moved because he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
Thanks Pocko...Do you remember Mr Damberg making a presentation about mining and stating that there were exciting opportunities (lol) for explorers to find rare earth metals in Sweden, it was southern Sweden and in an area of old mine workings. I believe we had a bit of a scrape around there but don't remember what the result was...couldn't have been anything significant.
Rare earth minerals are not ‘rare’ in terms of scarcity. They are deemed to be rare by virtue of the fact that certain minerals are only currently found in certain locations, where they are often in abundance, Thus countries such as China controlling supply. Hence the term...
You are fiesty and zingy today Suzy2!
I'm glad you thought my comments 'cheap' they were meant to be..expensive would have taken more effort.
Ibjj - I agree it is shambolic but isn't Kurt damned if he does and damned if he doesn't? Pocko is right it is who it is at the presentation in Sweden. If just one person is there that matters in all of this then it was worth it.
I am as frustrated by all of this as everyone and yes 6 years of Kurt is an apparent failure without a Kallak yes. Could another CEO have got a decision - maybe but we didn't, haven't and are we are where we are. Everyday is closer to a decision, insanity and utter frustration.
There's a question, trembling.....rare earths are sometimes found in mining waste...could we have some ? Does anybody know anything about mining for rare earths? There was an AIM company called Rare Earth Metals a few years ago and it had a moment of glory, apparently very brief because the sp is now 0.
Thanks for the cheap personal comments.
Anything relevant to say about this morning’s debacle.
PS If it's Morrisons I'll change to Sainsbury's!
Your boasting about your 'beautiful and talented' family is as gut-wrenching as it's irrelevant.
My eldest daughter is a senior marketing manager with a major U.K. supermarket. Had she presided over an event as shambolic and pointless as this morning’s “ presentation “ she would expect to be looking for another job right now.
The pdf file is finally visible and says nothing we haven’t heard a hundred times over.
Going through the motions is bad enough, but in such an amateurish fashion. It couldn’t get any worse.
Pause for a huge belly laugh from Ibrahim Baylan.
Suzy2. I defy you to derive any excitement from this morning.
Reports and Presentations...click presentations.
I should of posted a link, here you go Eric:- https://beowulfmining.com/investors/reports-presentations/#presentations
First one in the list dated 16/10/20
Perhaps Kurt didn't attend. Seems odd that we can't view his presentation nor see it in written format.
Just bizarre. But I dig bizarre, if Baylan is granting us the concession today instead. Lol.
The RNS was a complete waste of time and money.

KB is long gone. The current link for me is frozen: showing 21 watching now •Started streaming 2 hours ago.
A shambles in my view.
Yes, the Prohearings YouTube page sees about as much action as Subtle's 1001 herring broth recipes channel.
Howl.
Sorry it's under Home, then Reports and Presentation
The most recent presentation under the media tab on the Beowulf website is 1/9/2020
Cheers Chris. I was typing my extra bit as you were typing yours. Lol.
It’s the people attending the meeting that count (hopefully influential in their field of expertise). Not the viewers surely?
