Suzy - it could actually be the perfect word as like a bear when woken from torpor it is very dangerous and very !
Morning. If you were KB pulling in 3k a week, then let’s say that you have a meeting with Mr Baylan this afternoon. As you rightly say, regurgitating is no use, Baylan doesn’t give a shxt about BEM. He knows the application is good, it’s supported by the MI, he knows too, trying to fund an exploration company for years is a nightmare for you and investors. We know, if this man entered into politics with a conscience, that would have been a career choice that would have kept him on the back benches. He cares for himself and his position only! So then, we are in a political arena, (not legal yet, anyway) what then do you say to this man, to make his position vulnerable, if he doesn’t deliver a decision asap? Imo only. atb
Bonus points for you also Suzy for also using 'torpor'
But how accurate is it? If the delay had a calculated strategy, it wouldn't be torpor.
Bonus points for the use of 'torpor'
No, you're not and you're not even invested here.
..
Good morning,
I am not the CEO of BEM pulling £3k a week plus share options. In my opinion, he needs to show value for his personal drain on investors hard earned. long overdue.
You've just regurgitated your past dozen or so posts...and your comments are, er...noted.
i will be annoyed if tomorrow is just another whining session from KB, regurgitating his past dozen or so interviews.
Rather than stating what the government hasn't done, it is high time he told investors and the wider arena what he is actually going to do about the interminable and horrifyingly damaging torpor of this situation.
Nothing less is acceptable any longer.
KB has stated that the KU report is independent of the work on the Kallak application, including any delay to the report, and any required response by the government. Whilst the two are clearly intertwined, to the best of his knowledge, the work by the government on our dossier continues unaffected and unabated That comes from KB himself...
PS I don't think it matters how long we have to wait for the report to be published, it's open to the public, we'll know what happens long before January. Kurt's presenting in Stockholm on Friday see RNS this morning.
Morny morn Eric. I feel it's a lot more than just relying on the KU ... Government Committee's don't take up lightly issues presented to them by small fry like us...I imagine Kurt and Goran have worked hard to get us onto this stage and there seems to be a groundswell (if you can count 8 MPs raising their heads above the parapet in our cause) from all parties, except the one who shouldn't be named. And not forgetting what we understand is that it's not about the decision it's about the process. The decision in theory could come any time, provided of course that it's a Friday and a full moon. Two full moons this month so we're in with a chance and the next one's a Saturday but it's Halloween...could just swing it, I'm hopeful, in a reserved way.
Yes, fair comment. You aren't happy, but it's just how it is. I get that. I do feel that next February Kurt should revisit the possibility of taking legal action though, because it will be a year since the last "serious" meeting. He can examine just what, if anything, the Government has done on our case in the year since, with Minister Baylan knowing all year (unless the decision somehow comes prior to Feb) that we could eventually do something by way of legal action, to protect the interests of shareholders. Baylan is a disgrace and, if anything, his ineptitudes should be challenged further.
Although we don't quite agree, we possibly have different factors in play for our investments, I think more can be done, rather than rely on the KU. We've only ever been disappointed so far, waiting and waiting. A decade is a long time Sooz, all in.
All aboard! Lol. xx
Hasty...There it is, we didn't make it up, Case No 11. ;-)
2020-10-13
”Review case 11 - The Government's handling of the application for a processing concession for Kallak
In the Constitution Committee's review case 11 on the Government's handling of the application for a processing concession for Kallak, the committee has read a memorandum from the Government Offices submitted by letter no. SB2019 / 01569 / RCK).
At its meeting today, the committee has decided to request answers to certain supplementary questions, etc. that appear in the memorandum through a letter, which is to be sent to the Government Offices.
A response to this letter is expected no later than Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at l3.
The rapporteur in the review case at the Constitution Committee is Court of Appeal assessor Jenny Jonasson, ankn. 651 18.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Nielsen, Chief of Staff. ”
Eric....I don't know how to reply to that, the short answer I suppose is yes... it's not a question of being happy about it it's just how it is and we can't agree which is OK.
Nighty night. x
I thought it was G11 too Suzy.
Sooz, would you be happy for Kurt to do nothing now pending the outcome of the KU review? I'm not sure it would be right to rely wholly on the investigation pushing the Government in the direction of a decision. We could be waiting into next year, if Andy is right about how long the KU will take, and then there is no guarantee it will force the Government's hand. We already know how stubborn and uncooperative Minister Baylan has been. The wellbeing of BEM has been overlooked by the authorities throughout this supposed process.
I am concerned that we drift into 2021 with still no real clue as to when a Government decision on Kal will be taken.
So I'd like Kurt to think about the consequences of another year of uncertainty.
Evie eve. x
Yes, thought it probably was...can't find the number of our case seem to remember it was 11 but I might have made that up. Nevermind, it will happen.
I may be mistaken but I believe this is regarding preem

Just been trying to find out if Case 25 is us or not (could be the refinery)...but can't confirm that it is. But I did find something else I'd mislaid and that is another voice on our behalf in the S....Linus Skold wrote to Mr Baylan on 3 Oct 20 asking when we could expect a date for this decision, a brave man. :-)
20 October 2020 at 12 noon....sharp!
