Forgive me, couldn't help the misspelling pun. Seriously though, the F2 Money Supply Tracker discontinued...I wonder why? If this isn't further evidence that Fiat is on it's way out and BTC set to replace it, well, check it out for yourselves...
It is very interesting as to why this has happened. Is it because normal people are waking up to QE implications / inflation and fed do not want to talk about it? ie "nothing to see here, move along"
Info on potential reason why F2 are dumping its to do with the change in appetite in China lots of provinces are banning Crypto Mining-

sorry I was referring to this not F2...

I don’t understand that logic. While China wants to purse a green agenda and stop crypto mining, it doesn't explain why they are dumping. If they have to stop mining the logical approach would be to hodl at least until the end of the bull run. They would then get 2-3x the price they are getting now?
Exactly, its BITCOINS... not a loaf of bread that they need to get rid off before the expiry date!
Just HODL easy.
There is more to it - If I think of a proactive Enviro-friendly country, China is not really one that springs to mind. If I think of a country that wants profit at any costs - China first on the list.
Jamins,
I’m not sure how much truth there is to it but I did read on Twitter that in effect by dumping they are prolonging the bull run and that is there plan they can also buy back cheaper ! As I say it’s by no means gospel and could be a load of old Horlicks but found it an interesting angle.
Yep, think you're on it Racing Cyclist.
Yes Herdie. Dump a load at once. Drop the price then buy back in small amounts. If that’s what they are doing it would tally up with the chart behaviour where we are seeing a big fall than a steady increase back up to the price again. Who wouldn’t do that if you could manipulate the market that way. They could get caught out though, if someone big sees them dumping and buys a shed load on the dip.
That’s if it’s all true mind.
Unix,
Exactly - Must have balls of steel lol, They the games ;) To be honest the biggest part of what I read was by doing it they were trying to make sure the bull run was extended by actively adding coin to the pool, Must say it got my thinking and has helped when i see a sudden drop, All that appears bad May in fact be good if that makes any sense lol
I’m going to hold on to ARB, but might think about pulling some of my crypto if I hear it’s happening again. I could have nearly doubled my holding if I’d done it last time.
China are just a pain in the arse full stop. Whether it’s with their diseases or whether it’s with their human rights abuses, horrific pollutions or animal rights abuses and so on and on.
@Unix83;
Lots trading within 'regular' +/- c10% margins, so day trading crypto is definitely possible with time or even auto buy/sell orders..
Always something random spiking >50%, but damned if I can ever catch them early!!
All part of the fun!
CC
The Chinese Govt banning crypto except their own...
