Cannockwolf, I was like that at the start. Just like this week the SP wasn’t reflecting what was happening with BTC then it quadrupled in a few of weeks. Once it hits Nasdaq, who knows how high the price will go. It exciting, definitely.
Yes, even at a quarter of what they could mine could see a really decent SP. 4-5x what it is now. I think if people can hold until the new year, they should see a decent return from here. Going off the last two week, I’d think quite a few will be bowing out along the way if BTC retraces again.
Once you’ve seen 1 or 2 retraces, it all gets a bit easier. Whether it’s easier if it hits £10 is another matter.
Just been doing a quick calculation after PW said they are getting 1eh from 35MW.
So that about 4.3 coins per MW based on 150 a month.
So if they have 200MW plus 35MW that have now that’s:
4.3 x 235MW = 1007 coins per month or 12,000 a year.
Multiply that by $100k = $1.2B (if BTC hits projected levels)
Even at 90% margin that’s about $1.1B profit. Multiple that by PE of 30 gives $33B. Dividing that by amount of shares give us an SP of around $100.
And that’s before further expansion in Texas which could reach 800MW so that could even treble. Wow. And people are crying about 3% dilution.
Good god this is grim reading. Do you really believe US won’t buy because they’re based in uk? I could understand your logic if it was just listed on LSE, but it’s not. There are some huge British companies dual listed and the US love them.
BTC is global so it’s not like they are investing in company only doing business in UK.
As for the market cap. Intelligent investors will see how undervalued ARB are and jump all over it when they realise. Bear in mind that last years figures haven’t been published yet so a lot of investors will wait to see these first.
Q3-4 so be very interesting.
How many retail shares are being added tomorrow? 3m? So if half sell straight away, which won’t happen, that’s 1.5m hitting the market. It’s a tiny amount and nothing to worry about. I think there will be a lot more buy tomorrow if BTC holds at these prices.
If Argo continue to hold 25% stake in Pluto, once it hits the market will this make them the majority share holder? I can’t see any other investors having quite as high a stake in the company and the current owners will surely float more than 50%.
Seethree, I’m not saying manipulation. Just making sense of why it happens. It was on this is money. I’m not taking it as gospel, but it can’t be that far off.
