No - shares converted into Helium 1 (HE1)
Another suspension here
Dear All, I had spreadbets on AOGL on the IG platform. Anyone know when they will transfer to HE1? Cheers
212 is the same , nothing has changed on mine today
The more I use HL the more I consider t212! This is a total disgrace I can’t even see how much money I’ve lost
Can't even get the ticker on google.
Seems that not many people can trade at the moment. Disgraceful. I'm sure the market makers had no trouble trading.

It is in the RNSs. 236:1
how many HE1 if hold 200000 AOGL?
whats the ratio?
Your shares in Attis have been exchanged for shares in Helium One. They will show up as Helium One shares in your account in due course.
I have lost over 11k on these shares. I was hoping it will come good but I suppose I was stupid and naive.

Most are on the HE1 board. GLA
The rampers....well the ones that can have sold out and waiting for a lower entry point. This might be an exciting company to be in, but it'll be a while before value is realised.
I was in profit on this share completely vaporised to huge loss!!

Northcote Energy aka Mayan Energy aka Attis - No Oil - No Gas.
Lesson learned, when a Company has to keep re-inventing itself and changing it's name. Big RED FLAG.
All done to hide they past history of fraud. Boiler Room, Ponzi, Scam, call it what you want but this had millions thrown at it and couldn't find a can of oil in a Service Station.
Which reminds me, how is Noricum Gold aka Georgian Mining doing with all that gold 10ft below the surface??

At 0.0255 my 3 million Attis Oil shares were worth about £725 on Thursday.
If 236 aogl = 1 new He1 share (thanks Argo007) my 3m holding is worth £361. (3000000 div 236) x 2.84p.

They need just over 6p steve, they will hold on till drill I expect, liquidity of SCIR's 21,297,388 HE1 shares might come into play once Ruvuma work starts in Q2
Thanks Chris.
Should be a bit more going on here than over at Scir.
They of course will benefit from any rise is the helium sp. Although need about 14p to get their investment back I think.
Not sure if you are invested here but have a good day.
Morning steve, good luck for an exciting day HE1 holders.
Check back at 0800hrs

If and it’s a big if this does take off over the next year and due to how China is pushing to enter as many African countries as possible and this being a much sort after commodity I can see a Chinese consortium trying to take this over sometime in the future.

GS, 236 aogl = 1 new He1 share,
The number of ordinary shares in issue immediately after Admission will be 496,893,111 giving the Company a market capitalisation of approximately £14.1 million at the issue price of 2.84 pence per share.
What was the consolidation ratio?
How much would 1 million Attis oil shares be worth at the above rate?

The RNS on 16th Nov said "Anticipated market capitalisation on Admission £14.1 million (at the issue price of 2.84p)".
So this information was already known back then. Does anybody know how much one old Attis Oil share is worth at the new rate?

There was a time when I thought AUM was too much of a Casino and decided to pay commission on for a better thought of share. Made no difference Anyone remember Afren?
The money I want least exposed to risk goes into Trusts and funds. Spread risk around different industries and geographical locations.
That said, I am excited about this share. So much potential that it's almost tangible. Big day tomorrow - you better get your rest or your nerves won't last.
GL Steve. I'll be there watching at the open.
Only joking although she considers the stock market as bad as gambling.
When you’ve lost money on ferranti. Purchased call warrants the day before the deepwater horizon blowout and a few more over the years I suppose it has been one big gamble.
I just hope this one pays off.
Haha that would be a nice problem to have -
Im not actually sure if I would tell my wife!
I expect a big rise initially, then a slow recline throughout the rest of the day until we close pretty much where we open. Obviously I hope that isn't the case, but I think we have a long and exciting journey ahead. Very happy to be holding.
If it goes through 50p tomorrow it’s not getting excited I’m worrying about.
It’s explaining to the wife where all the money has come from.

IMO if shares go north of 8p there will quite a few short term holders selling for quick profit.
Many former Attis shareholders probably need north of 30p to show a profit if not more.
As you say very difficult to call, will probably be very volatile for a couple of day’s.
To guess on a maximum sp at sometime tomorrow I will guess at 9p.
Been inside for months and it is best to say nothing. We will see if the shares are cheap or not tomorrow.
This going to be very difficult to call: if they get to drilling and find commercial gas the numbers will huge. So what do you do? Take 3/4 times up now and be happy or hold till next May time? Whatever you do it will be wrong and same here. Difficult to know what to do for the best.
DYOR
Hi Helpful. Long time no type.
I hope you were able to get some cheap shares here and limit any historic damage.
No problem. Hope not too many of your shares do that. GL
Helium One Global Ltd #HOGL
I believe the ticker will be HE1. I think that was on one of the rns'.
Estimated SP 6.02p
What price do we know he HE1 will open at ?
Also what's their ticker ?
Finally will my shares automatically be changed at HL pr do I need to contact them?
Sorry lots questions.
Thank you
Just did the math on mine and if I hadn't bought when we became a cash shell and after the Helium deal was announced, I would need the SP to be 252.5 :-O
Fingers crossed eh? lol
similar journey glib but breakeven is a long way north of 15p. I think I need 40p plus but can at least see a realistic route to that depending on the drill results. Wish I was in at 2.5p or when AOGL delisted but thats life. Its all in a SIPP anyway so may see this towards production
I just noticed the 2 trades today and thought I had missed something.
As a long time investor in AOGL, I am not used to all this excitement, positivity and the SP moving up. I still have vivid recollections of those 3 placings that took place in around a 6 week period. Breakeven for me is around 15p now, but I really like the look of HE1. I may de-risk a little over 20p, but I think i'll be around a while longer.
Northcote, Mayan, AOGL... hopefully HE1 is the last iteration.
Unless we get bought out and make a tonne of money - I wouldn't complain about that. Here's hoping for a prosperous next year.
Have there been any articles or anything in the papers about the new listing? I haven't seen anything other than the Proactive stuff.

40p not as far fetched as it may seem.
About £180 mc.
Their are plenty of other companies with no income and resources either probable or in place
that are capitalised in the hundreds of millions.
If 40p is reached in the next few months I think all Attis shareholders would be very pleased myself included.
Roll on 8.00 am tomorrow, could get very interesting.
Looking forward to tomorrow and onward in the hope that this helps towards paying back all or some of the money some share holders like myself have lost over the years while investing in Northolt, Mayan, then Attis. I personally need this to hit 40p over the coming months to break even fingers crossed not just for me but for everyone that has stayed with this share over the years and all the new investors good luck everyone.

Good luck all for tomorrow, In for a good few on conversion, not sure what the market reaction will be tomorrow morning but it certainly is intriguing. I think it won't be long till we hit 10p once we are open for business
we wont start at 2.5p it will be 6.11p minimum
If we start at 2.5p, That will be a good start. Buying time. GLA.
If I'm wrong, then my bad. I must have misunderstood the presentation and shareholder document. I'll put it down to part of a learning curve for me. Not long to wait.
Bang on the nose mate MMs will use this and maybe even gap it up
They have already more cash than they need for the initial drills. Any further raise if required will be on the back of a resource upgrade and rising share price.
15% is irrelevant. This is the current trading price of helium one ... best indicator of what the market is prepared to pay
@SUEY77
The number of shares is based on the terms of one new Helium
One Global share for every 236 Attis Oil and Gas shares.
Please also note in order to retain market cap neutrality for
the event, the price being used for the addition of Helium One
Global will be adjusted based on the last traded price for Attis Oil and Gas
Read the Rns it states the closing price last night determins the helium one opening price x236 so 6.11p

I’m afraid I’m out of Scir completely at the moment.
Hope Ruvuma sale doesn’t happen in next few weeks as I would lose out big time.
Took the risk but will buy back in as soon as possible.
Good luck to you.
That’s a lot of shares.
Basically I got out of Scir as gone dead there at the moment.
Easier way to get more exposure to helium one than them holding just over 4%.
I would like to think that 7p plus would be achieved soon after opening.
Large prospective reserves.
Drill ready at low cost.
Helium seeping to surface.
Recovery rate of 10%.
Helium is a relatively scarce and high value commodity.
Mustn’t count my chickens so to speak but am very confident that this will come good and in a relatively small time frame.
It could of course be that once appraisal drilling has been completed and reserves proved they could get bought out for a very tidy sum indeed.
Let’s not get carried away and look forward to dealings commencing at 8.00 am on Friday.
Lets hope it flies. Steve, you also probably still hold some of the 21,297,388 shares in HE1-indirectly? ;)
Nice Steve, I've just totted all of my aogl up and hope to get 600,000 new He1 shares.
Evening chris.
Got a bit carried away I think.
Let's hope i did the right thing.
