SP down to 1.20p and falling - very disappointing . I just emailed Angus requesting a Saltfleetby update.
Well, if people want to close their eyes to the fact that a single organisation that has held over 12% of ANGS shares for a considerable time first decided based on everything it knows that fair worth for those shares was 1.5p of SOU confetti each...
../and when that didn't come off, decided based on everything it knows that what, 1.2 or 1.3p of real cash per share was something worth taking - and yes, at this precise moment in time...
...that's of course up to them.
Hits Another very misleading statement.
BV/Tygra, somebody has been buying large chunks of shares yes but the more important think is that somebody is still selling large chunks of shares - why is that somebody selling so close to first gas?
G.P. bailing out is not an issue that can be ignored. Angus must issue an SFB update urgently.
I emailed them to do so and I suggest you guys email asking for an SFB update too rather than trying to put a positive spin. I can see nothing good in the TR-1 RNS.
HITS, a single organisation holding too much influence over the board isn't good in my book, never mind you can buy some shares instead of just chatting 7 days a week which is very very very sad indeed.
Yanis you're bedwetting again.
Relax fella nothing is remotely wrong in fact quite the opposite
RT, I haven’t reported anybody, not even Gideons. If you address me again as “betwetting” for expressing concerns you will be reported.
HITS, you still got your head above the ground, scratching for a meal?
The SP might be lower than some hoped, BUT, you do not know what price people brought at......no need to be so negative my old fruitbat, life is too short.
We are not down 9%. These are not the Droids you are looking for.
Yanis, maybe a buyer for the company doesn't like major shareholders sticking their nose in any deal, who knows the plot thickens.
Yanis
There must be a reason they have to sell or have chosen to sell. Personally I'm not bothered because I'm here for first gas and a (hopeful) sale of either our stake in SFB or the entire company. I don't want to stay invested with GL at the helm and I believe a mid tier company with North Sea assets would be a good fit for us based on our location and tax losses that could be used to offset some of their profits.
We are very close to significant income, I'll stick around and see what happens when we actually start producing after years of construction and development.
I'm not expecting an RNS until the hydro test has been completed and signed off. That 'should' be a good point to rerate the share price.
All the best
BV/Tygra, there isn’t going to be a buyer for the company, i thought GL clarified this? What is left are two parties looking at the asset (SFB).
Tygra, what makes you think that completion of hydro test will be the trigger for a rerate?
ygra, what makes you think that completion of hydro test will be the trigger for a rerate?
Sorry to jump in Yanis2005 but after the Hydro test they will flood the pipes with Gas from the Grid then it is all systems go.
Report me Yanis knock yourself out fella !!
You constantly do it at the slightest sense or inclination that there may be an "issue" In short you panic time after time I'll remind you fella that all past posts are viewable by everyone here
Go and lie down and relax. Its bad enough Ruth and her druids deramping 24/7 to then have someone who is a clear shareholdersadding salt to the wound
I can almost certainly guarantee 99% that I'm the biggest shareholder on this active sub forum and I'm delighted with todays news that Lucan now has $25,000 a week landing in Angus' accounts
RELAX....
Yanis, you have come across as somewhat nervous/twitchy today, which I find odd going by how close we are to gas and how positive you normally are. So although you might be 'upset' by RTs post, dont be, I think RT is just saying relax and go back to your regular positive self, posting good information as we near production. All good my friend.
Yanis, we don't know if the people in talks are just after SBY or the company yet, I personally want Angus to go it alone if possible.
Rt is right. They would have placed the order some time ago. They are probably selling over at challenger right now. Clearing more profits.
Relax everyone. I think the Brockham update was put out in an attempt to soften the blow of the TR-1. It hasn't worked but hopefully soon we will have a SFB update to get things going the other direction.
Given GP wanted the Sound deal to go ahead would suggest to me they wanted out regardless and saw 1.5p as a good exit price. That didn't work out so they had to settle for less. If they are ploughing into CEG, as suggested, then maybe they had to strike there and needed to hit a deadline.
Some good news on the testing and confirmation of gas, along with a little oil and all will be back on track.
GLA.

where is our resident technical expert WG today?
she was rabbiting on about outstanding plant???
baits
Because until we have sign off that the construction is safe and acceptable to the authorities we can't sell gas. It is the final hurdle to overcome because once the structure has been passed for integrity the next news is 'first gas' and subsequently market sales and profit for ANGS.
The first gas achieved RNS 'could' also be a pre-condition of a potential sale. Once gas is flowing and the structure has been proved as safe, the prospective purchaser may formalise an offer and George will put it to shareholders with a recommendation to either accept or reject based on what he believes the asset is now worth.
Time will tell
And there you have it! The timing again seems convenient so the company are taking note and trying to rectify the little blip!
Donek, I suspect WG is trying to find the next thing to point out that is not going to plan! As long as we keep coming up with the goods that disprove it, he/she can deramp away.
Maybe they are hoping for the wrong gas grommit, lol. GLA.
i suspect that drone footage she was drooling over was from some time back.
next she will be telling us, all that equipment appeared today.
Donek WG is the plant lol!
