Morning
...think peeps have gotten confused between 50 and 62.
We need these bonds all to be taken then we get better sentiment of what the big boys really think
Plenty companies doing right now...nothing new
After bank crash loads did it all be it still doesn't alter the risk level is very very high imo
Bottom 48.50..
But would they dare ?
Junk bonds sale here.
I'd expect news Monday on this
Find out what the buyers think...
Will give us indicators
But looks good from here on up imo
Yesterday's drop will have unsettled many..
Shes still in the tradeing range channel for upwards movement...towards the 80 level.
Now read carefully..didn't see in one fell swoop this way going to hit 80
This is in the upward channel towards top line 80
in your example 80% less shares, not 20%. Lets not get peoples hopes up too much
Always love your honesty. Not sold here (mistake on setting my target too high) but topped up plenty. dont want to look at my red, enough to make some puke.
Just read through the announcement and this could be a good pointer to when we really see the share price stabilise & grow.
I’ve seen this quite often that when these share consolidation are done that the share price starts to grow, often with small oil companies they consolidate and then get taken more seriously by investors, institutional investors do ‘not’ like ‘penny shares’, as they are to volatile and hard to value.
I think AML will do a 1 for 5 consolidation, which obviously means you end up with one share for every 5 shares you held previously, so at the placing price of 50p, you would have 20% less shares but each share would be valued at £2.50p, then the shares would possibly move in 5/10/20/50p’s(hopefully £1’s), anyway don’t fear it it’s a sign that the company is targeting serious investors.
Below I’ve copied it from the announcement.
The Company is also considering carrying out a share capital reorganisation, which may involve a consolidation of shares. In this event, further details will be set out in the Combined Prospectus and Circular and announced in due course.
Thank god Rox doesn’t snort cocaine he’d look like Danielle Westbrook of the north.
I know I’m quite vocal about my “losses” but I’m not alone here. There are some serious players on this board with many multiples of the number of shares I owned. That drop from 87p back down to 50p was serious for anyone with a large holding and I’m not the only one who made the mistake of not selling. CC has 3 Million shares and I think da has a million. Dimi has 800,000. Every +/-1p for CC is £30 grand wow and he hasn’t sold any. Now that’s balls of steel.
Won’t the share price be reduced due to the issue of new shares?
mentioned earlier by Vinson
If you look at Rolls Royce their share price seems to have dropped due to issuing new shares and raising capital
I thought I'd highlight a cluster of trades. All off-book adding to ~3.9M shares. All at exactly same price. (Data from the London Stock Exchange)
(14:54) 57.342 250,7108 £1.4M Off-Book XOFF TNCP
(15:10) 57.342 400,486 £229,647. Off-Book XOFF TNCP
(15:10) 57.342 362,423 £207,821. Off-Book XOFF TNCP
(15:10) 57.342 361,227 £207,135. Off-Book XOFF TNCP
(15:10) 57.342 251,699 £144,329. Off-Book XOFF TNCP
Wasn’t a typo we actually had 100 me and the wife 50 each and they were an absolute joke. The most we ever won was £100 and a £25 in one month. Most months 2 x £25 and some months nothing. Never again. Every month cashed in a couple of grand to live. I think it was down to just over 60 when in March I decided to give shares ago. I can’t be tripped up Stick because every single thing I put on here is the absolute truth. No reason to lie. I have “lost” 200 grand of my paper gain but still 100 up.
@Dunnieboy - Great post. [Thumbs Up]
At 62p, I'm looking at a 14% return on my investment.
For me, the context is interest rates on savings at a faction of 1 percent. :(
Any SP above 62p is icing on the AML cake.
Cheers, Paul. :)
Rox exaggerating again,lol
I believe we will open up strong tomorrow and finish at 56p bid, there is far to much positivity round this company at the moment and at current price a absolute bargain.
No one can say the company is going bankrupt anymore.
No one can say it’s going private anymore.
Shareholders can’t say they’ve been shafted anymore.
We’ve all had time & opportunity to get into this share at the placing price of 50p.
Even Mercedes are going to have a much higher average than us.
Mercedes paid who knows what for the first 5%.
Mercedes then get another 7.5% for 50p a share.
Mercedes then get further 7.5% for 62p a share.
So effectively were in with all the main players at around 50p a share.
We are now part owners with Stroll, Wolff, Vettel & the Mighty Daimler Mercedes Benz for 50pish a share, folks it’s the ‘best deal in town’.
And we employ Tobias Moers as our CEO
uplift to 55p in the morning depending on early hours events?
prob just a typo sticky
source : 6 is next to 5 on the keyboard :-)
You can only hold 50k in premium bonds
Source: someone who has 50k premium bonds
Hi Rob not so much lost faith I just think that there is nothing happening quickly here (could be wrong) so my plan was to go and double my money elsewhere and come back and get more AML shares for my £. It’s actually backfired though and in hindsight maybe I should have been more patient.
Sitting on your shares and doing nothing is borrrrrring though!
No proved.
It my gut feelings and if you look Waypoint sub-businesses ... look very similar behaviour... set up new name and fund for aim to tech.... same to other.... now ... EV.
Time will tell whether I am wrong or correct... that why you need DYOR.
Ernesto been mention on here RNS last summer.
TinyPie honestly mate if you think you are addicted now you have got no idea what’s coming - that is assuming you make any money!
When I started this in March I had 60 grand in the premium bonds and every month I would excitedly win a couple of of £25 prizes. My target was to make a couple of grand. My 60 turned to a 100 and then 200 and cutting a long story short 350.
I got greedy and that’s the problem.
Good luck with your plan mate but you will find the more you get the more you want. I have lost the biggest bulk of mine now trying to get back what I lost!
Noah, 3300 was just joking.
Soul,
Ask 33 for more information

Its interesting that he lives in Gstaad so they could be neighbours. I think it was 3300 who circulated the idea.
Crank:
Ernesto Bertarelli (born 22 September 1965) is an Italian-born Swiss billionaire businessman and philanthropist.
The 2017 edition of the Sunday Times Rich List estimated the family's wealth at £11.5 billion, an increase of £1.72 billion since the previous year. Swiss magazine Bilanz estimated the family fortune at CHF13.5 billion. According to Forbes, Bertarelli has an estimated net worth of $8.2 billion, as of October 2020.
Bertarelli met Kirsty Roper, a former 1988 Miss UK and songwriter, while on holiday in Italy in 1997. The couple married in 2000, and have three children. The couple live in Gstaad and also spend time in their house on the shores of Lake Geneva.
Absolutely Dunnie, it’s just sifting the rubbish shorters out but they stick out like a sore thumb! And the fundamental behind that upgrade is Mercedes as well as being supported by everything else that’s taken place in the last 6 months. This is a different beast now.
