Nayan doesn’t fart ? I’m just reading in the last Annual Report.
JB - Silent but deadly.
the idea of easy profitable acquisitions which could easily turn around the sentiment in the stock would be enough to sway me if i was a significant holder, i would have had enough of the current boards performance long ago.
The suggestion he is meeting GJ, says he may have the votes already.
FT was pro JB
Telegraph - was this morning edition?
Voting closed later today. ...

Looks nailed on to me now ! Could see 20p open tomorrow even if we get a another negative rns from board which is almost nailed on now after Sunday press
BigDavesDaD Was that article you ? :)
If we get 20p opening after auction I will dance to the UB40 song, “train is a coming”
Ill play Red Red Wine in JB's name
Go steady promoting this article is not massively positive, it suggests JB using funds to internally buy companies he owns with Amigos vital funds ( complaints money)he denies this of course, and two the article suggests the market suggests JB will not win the vote, if the article is correct and the bod wins we may see a drop in price ????
Be ready for anything people.
I agree on the be ready for anything but he’s not using the complaints money that is separate to the “unrestricted funds” and by the time that plan would come to fruition that figure will have increased anyway. This is positive no two ways about it. Plus the fact that JB is talking to the national press to deny the rumours is the clearest indication that the result is known!
Hi Timmy - It's a Telegraph article with supposition!!! Only JB knows his plan and WE including the papers are all guessing.
We know what we know through his tweets and his voting proposal to the board.
As you know, II am positive about this share and believe JB has the best interests of his baby at heart. I believe JC and GC are in it together and that the new prospective CEO wants in if JB wins - hence the meeting after the vote result on Tuesday.
The overarching fact is that we have several people fighting over this company to make it better - that means an increase in share price for us!!!!!!
I'm excited and positive again for the first time in a while,
If the market does as it should and prices in sentiment and future potential then surely we should see a great jump in the morning
USA, Spain etc that's our new drug that;s now in phase three trials
I got to admit this article has given me a bit more optimism beyond the vote than I’ve had up to now!
Here’s my guess then.
I’d like to think GC is meeting JB after the vote So that if JB wins (which I believe he will do) to allow himself to be persuaded to come back on board (hopefully as CEO of Amigo UK while JB can be CEO Amigo internationally and manage the brand worldwide) as it would be in his interest as a significant shareholder and if given the power to act they can resolve the irresponsible lending that have led to such high upheld complaints rates and make this business highly profitable again.
Positive vides I know, but just quickly the telegraph believe it’s not likely Jb will win the vote, or the market suggests he will not succeed.
If for some reason he doesn’t, and the bod do, will the price drop or rise ??
Just to add I think the current BoD didn’t allow Glen the power to stop the irresponsible lending and that’s why he resigned
We have funds to amend and get that right.
Timmy - the share price has nothing to do with market sentiment towards JB. If JB wins it's up - if JB loses it will drop then a slow rise as good news comes out of the company
Steve - I don't think GC resignation had anything to do with company strategy. GC is in under cover and resigned as JB wants to be CEO AND GC couldn't vote for JB if he was on the board - now he can and probably did : )
