We started trading on Ghana exchange on 13th May....
Ghana exchange will start buying Atlantic shares on Monday when we're closed, they have probably asked for a few days to get their shares sorted before the Miif deposit the other 28m and the offtake agreement is announced, full license to follow after that. Apparently the Ghana big wigs all got together for a meeting this week, what a coincidence. 🤔
Buying started in OZ this afternoon and now continuous in GB.
Lots of blue trades, time to get to 25p before any anticipated announcements next week.
Doing nicely this morning, over 23p just paid.
Joined the party for the offtake announcement and who knows what other surprises are in store :)
$500 above AISC makes 365kpa make $182m pa, which is roughly where we at the moment. It's all about getting to nameplate. Too many horror stories with retail favoirites. Hoping this one breaks the mold.
Tomorrow will be interesting. Fair to say the big offtake announcement is on the cards next week and with the long weekend it could well come on Tues when the markets reopen.
Late 2025/early 2026 alongside a better spodumene price. :)
In what sort of time frame PD101? I'd say that at current spodumene prices that's a fair estimate for 2027 when we're in full production and demand starts to really out strip supply.
Now let's say we saw ATH spod prices again... Who knows how high SP could go 👀
Massive 365,000 tpa output make it one of the biggest operations.
One of the lowest OPEX costs.
Strategically places to serve both the US and China.
Near port.
Huge resource upside.
It is becoming patently obvious we are about to obtain sign a 100mill offtake agreement with a Chinese Company, imminently, pre rat. Just my opinion.
I can't open the link. Any chance of a copy and paste?
4 huge companies. ALL market cap peanuts for what's on the cards here.
BYD keep getting 'snatched' mentions, theres definitely something on the table vis a vis Chinese offtake
Big offtake news incoming? https://x.com/AmandaHarsas/status/1793483319965053099
Imagine if it's BYD!
I personally believe the MIIF involvement and the GSE listing has minimised that risk, hence the ~15% rise in SP from 18p. Also with the additional licenses that have been issued recently adds to the likelyhood it is priced in. All about the financing now imo. £138m Mcap is still substantial. I've got 8% of my PF in this therefore expecting to breakground this year, with all milestones achieved. The asset is top notch, growth of MRE etc matters not at the moment, as has been established that last few drill results.
Hmmm I Think mining licence ratification by Ghana parliament might have some positive movement..lets put it this way if it did not get passed you might want to put your hands over your eyes when looking at the sp !!
Only one of the big money transaction will move the needle. Other factors won't, so the off-take/MIIF/Piedmont stumping some cash up cant come quick enough. Mcap isn't inflated like it was before the short squeeze, which inhindsight was an oversight from my self. Break ground and producing next year is the attraction here which hopefully wont be missed!
Looks like PM is about to call the election, will be interesting on the impact of markets
Great potential here, very hopeful it will be realised (to some degree!) in the near term. I added more today. I keep saying that I’m done, but still keep topping up at what I feel are low levels. Time will tell of course. Fingers crossed for positive news flow soon. GLA. CJ.
25-30p this week would be fab.
*2 x Resource upgrades to come as per the investor call. 1st this quarter, 2nd q1 next year.
*MiiF $28million after GSE listing expected
*ML expected to be ratified by partliment this quarter
*$70-100mil offtake announcement this quarter for remaining 50% of feedstock
*EPA permit to come this quarter or next.
*Feldspar by product report
*Break ground Q3/Q4
*Stockpile Q4
*Commence commercial production and ramp up in 2025 to 365,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate
Wildcard: Assore 3rd bid 33p+ as company has rejected 33p twice.
Thanks for posting Teddy, always interesting to hear more about the leaders behind the project. NH grown several companies, investments and 30+ years experience in mining.
Yes, Feldspar should be this week I think from Martin Ayisi's speech at GSE ceremony
RNS should drop soon with the full Feldspar study/report...should be a nice little earner...
Offtake maybe end of the month...if its BYD buckle up!
