"get your pick axe and donkey out and find a deposit" LOL that made me laugh did that one Joeman. Getting bored here waiting for the SP to go back up
That was a great synopsis Ice..... I think you should stop investing in other peoples companies and get your pick axe and donkey out and find a deposit to work yourself. You obviously have a good handle on the geology..... as well as the other geograpical issues.....
Just let me know the date of your IPO.
For those that like to follow POC, POG etc, I find this site is f=good as it gives live prices, trade by trade... https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/copper
Agreed Andrew.
I just noticed that the POC is now fast approaching $10,450 - so $10,500 is a possibility today - I wonder if it will exceed even the most optimistic of recent forecasts?
@theiceberg
Excellent blog and nicely balanced - so essentially we wait for drill result(s) to c150m depth in the extended area to the NW which hasn't been drilled yet. Do we have an idea when we may get this data ?
Please for sanity - no answers using words "imminently" or "shortly" ;-)

Hello CE
I think that is the view of many on here. I posted recently that at this level of POC we must have an asset that is worth more than current MC (How much more is obviously the question).
Even if things don’t turn out as well as we all hope re Africa and Bushranger, the current MC is justified even with the very worst case scenario imho.
I wonder what the sp would be in the best case scenario?
We may find out in 12 months time!
With POC over $10,300 and POG over $1,800, how can a company like XTR that is so rich in both metals not fly once we have some hard proof of the true extent of our assets and the market becomes aware of it?
Iceberg
Hopefully the start of the evidential test you want will be supplied before end of the year via Fairbride production/ income? Hopefully.
For what its worth, I've always thought the African assets, when producing full income stream, should be worth between £50M to £80 MC. So at 1billion shares (inc warrants and options) thats 5p to 8p sp increase.
Obviously bushranger will be the major asset.
Iceberg - Many thanks for sharing your valued thoughts on Eureka.
Not sure there will be much flipping of shares come Monday without at least a little news to lift the SP above the placing price. Maybe we'll get a little RNS later today (a TR1 to give it a little kick upwards would be good!) and then a proper news bomb towards the end of next week?
Andrew,
I might come round to Africa....maybe. :)
I like to have some evidence thought, which was why I didn't buy into bushranger, until hole 1 proved the possibility of the extension. Likewise i want to see some real evidence that each of the Africa projects is capable of really transforming. I do think that Eureka is added to that list of great potential, we just need the deeper extension to prove it. The speed of the drilling there will hopefully mean not too long to wait.
Great analytical post iceberg- the possibility of Bushranger mark II is a game changing one - early days though as you say.
All we need is some confirmation that Manica will contribute a few hundred grand a month by year end and the African operations really underpinning this share price .
Eagerly awaiting the BR geo model and assay results, hopefully in one go now
podcast = blog
Iceberg
Thanks for your podcast and thoughts.
You seem to be coming around to my and some other LTHs way of thing re value of African assets.
By the end of the year you will be saying
" Bushranger adds some value but its all about Africa! :)
(that was a joke btw !)
Thanks again for your thoughts
They've given one core, but the reasons seems to be delays in cutting the core before being sent off as this was outsourced. Then delays in labs, then Colin making whatever decision he wants/deems best to release the cores in groups.
I also have a sneaky little thought that he's waiting for the placing shares to be flipped, at least the ones that he suspects will be flipped, so any news isn't just sold into (like the Eureka news).
How come they've given no grades for core at BR even though drilling since start of the year?

I've put together my thoughts, as always its only my thoughts and I don't pretend its any more important or less important than anything else, but I hope it encourages folks to do their own research.
It was quite quick, so sorry for any mistakes-typo's etc.
My views on Eureka have changed considerably.
