Oops sorry my mistake, up 125%
But it's up 100% in less than a month.
you are never happy
Nothing's happened chimers.
SP is down 60% YTD, and over 90% down from all time highs.
Is that what you want to hear?
It's gone very quiet on here, where are all the naysayers?
I don't know what it is about because there is no news, but it looks like we can observe spontaneous recovery to... how much? 10p? I don't know. Stagnation seems to be ending.
Fantastic questions that won’t be answered after 4 days of suspension and around a few weeks of the new board. Let them settle in, forward those questions to VLRM and let them be addressed in the AGM. You may get a better answer than on a forum that nobody posts to. I can provide my take if you want, but no value in that. The value will be at the AGM when you ask those questions directly to the board. Remember in order to oust a CEO you need to ensure that you have sufficient backing from shareholders to the tune of over 50%… RP resigned so must’ve know his days were over, meaning no requirement for EGM
San
Takecare, great questions. But, please screen grab / or copy them into your own background as they disappear very soon again no doubt.
It seems the more questions/comments that are being deleted...the more attention that is being brought towards them.
PLY is entirely blameless, he claims:
"It was an unedifying battle to keep RP from destroying the company, alas."
Unreal that they've managed to find a CEO slimier than RP.
Wow, that was quick... I posted and the 'deletions' thread was... deleted... withing about 5mins. Similar info, re-worded:
1. General sentiment in the TG group seems to be that this was a bit dodgy, but that it was ALL Richards fault.
2. They seem to have accepted Jamie as being perfect to turn this around (despite having no info on his track record).
3. They have welcomed back Patrick, now blameless for his role in past activities (even if £280k+ richer for it based on published accounts).
A few questions:
1. It was quick and easy for Peter to lead a 'revolt' and get Richard replaced with Peters 'very good friend' (Peters words, not mine) Jamie. Where was the shareholder vote? Nice to end up on the board alongside your mate Peter.
2. Jamie is a 'significant shareholder' who has been 'working in the background since January' (Jamie's words, not mine) - What was his connection to the company and Richard during this time, or was it only via his good friend Peter?
3. Is it helpful to the BOD to have Richard be a public scapegoat?
4. Is it ok for Patrick to distance himself so completely from all that was wrong and throw Richard under the bus? Patrick was paid at least £280,000 under the 'old regime' (Dec 2021 published accounts).
5. Jamie is no longer working in the background (which shareholders didn't seem aware was the case at the time). Does anything stop Richard from now 'working in the background'?
I've always called him a lizard Mustard ... Doesnt mean he isn't clever :)
The transparency promised in RNS will be a good thing, so we can find out where the money went and what we have now.
Lets give the new board a chance and see where we are in the next few months.
San
My my meammrmusturd, you do like to put words in peoples mouths.
if you're a shareholder you aught to be bloody pleased we are back from suspension.
now you can sell
MeanMrMustard68, your post will be deleted within half an hour, no doubt.
How do you get posts deleted?
What comments? The ones you had deleted?
What on earth is there to feel positive about? GSX deal has collapsed as predicted.
I guess now your in the team Chimers, you've got insider information?
Sanboy, I have been asking about the £24m for close to a year now, and the general consensus was, it's irrelevant. Now it isn't irrelevant.
Calling RP a Lizard is hilarious. The sun shone out of this backside in the summer. Various posters defending him. I think it was Chimers who said he was a "TOP Barrister".
Funny the about faces and two faces, it's laughable.
Lets see what comes out of the audit.
Also how can the MM's like it so far? There is no actual business attached to the company now. What doees VLRM actually do now?
Many people didn't expect VLRM to come back from suspension.
their comments of this past month have shown them to be dull witted morons.
What did i say wrong, now
Meanmrmustard, feeling positive, wonders never cease.
Nice to see some transparency on what the books are saying and how this was managed by the Lizard. Market likes it so far
San
Point 3 of the RNS is interesting. Might the £24m of shareholders funds finaly be important after all???
Be interesting to see whats published.
Felt like your sell was the base to get shares to fill the big buys. I think this may have been a mistake, but getting something back is a positive. Personally i would've waited after the morning flurry as you can get a feel on how the mms will move this. At the moment it looks like they want to push this higher. NT to buy and dummy sell at 3.35p on 100k shares.
San
3.3p to sell now
you should have waited a couple of hours
My advice, stick to ETF's
Just over, yes, so happy to be out, so happy to get some money back.
Some people say “you are already down so may as well let it ride”.
No, I want to get some money back, whatever small.
I can understand that, not much else to do on a rainy day
