"Boohoo continues to trade on a discount to other UK retailers, with an enterprise value to ebitda ratio of 8.4"
8.4x EBIDTA for a distressed, loss-making retailer with declining sales is already extremely generous!
M&S are actually growing, actually making money, and trade at a lower EV/EBITDA multiple than DEBS.
Factoring in this is based on their 'adjusted' EBIDTA figure then you're looking at an overvalued company.
