I’m afraid this company is just a shell company for Russian propaganda or fund raiser for ISIs. Seriously where’s the video they said would be on website ? When is next update on FDA nothing since last December . Can anyone actually prove they even applied to FDA before it was miraculously withdrawn ? When are FLV who were heavily pushing TSP going to interview Ian again to find out why it’s now over 5 years since they announced going for FDA . I feel your pain Messi. This may be the worst investment I have ever made. The "company" is run by fools. I was doing some research and found out one of the Medical Advisory Board members is actually deceased. Dr. Leo Liem passed away in June of last year! No mention, no tribute, no adjustment to the website. What do these people actually do all day? The bod needs to toss this management team of fools out and get serious about bringing leaders in who have actual experience and talent otherwise I fear our investments are gone for good. Maybe it's time to replace the bod!

Just had a chat with Roberts. He informed me the FDA would be delayed again due to the war in the Ukraine. It seems Putin believes Truspine is a Bioweapons lab and has threatened the offices. Roberts has spent much of his time in protective gear under a desk. He did inform me, however, the bod was negotiating a safe passage corridor for him directly out of the front door. Hope he makes it safely!

Agreed Andyitch. No place for squabbles but this is the only public forum for investors to air their concerns. Messi is quite right though, that Roberts is clearly a weak leader lacking the appropriate skill sets and experience. The concern for me is funding must be running out by now and regardless of FDA approval why would anyone expect a zebra to change it's stripes? No, the bod needs to address the Roberts issue now and prepare for what we hope is a positive outcome somewhere in Q2 or Q3 or Q4 or....

Andynitch I am far from bitter just very annoyed at the way Robert’s is performing as the CEO. I have a substantial amount of money invested in the company and I am angry at how he is communicating or should I say not communicating with shareholders. He fails to make announcements that matter to investors.
How is Mr Patel an amazing appointment??? The product is being launched in the USA not the UK or Europe where it hasn’t even got clearance to trade.
If they announced that they had the leading American spinal surgeon onboard that would be a different matter . I suspect he is one of Robert’s golfing buddies and it’s jobs for the boys.
I want to hear as I repeatedly say have they done the independent testing with third party surgeons and when will FDA approval be submitted . This is the only thing that matters at this moment in time and is the only thing that will help get the share price back up near the IPO level.
Mr Patels appointment is irrelevant at this stage because it will be a long time till they enter the European market as they haven’t even got over the first American hurdle.
So Andynich I hope that answers your question on my standpoint. I want Truspine to succeed or I wouldn’t have sunk the money into it but I am extremely nervous on how it’s performed since the IPO and the buck stops with the CEO who has done nothing to give me confidence. If you look at his CV he should never have been appointed as CEO and hopefully the board does something about it before it is to late. And this is what you posted about company and BOD . You seem to forget you where the one accusing Ian of nepotism and lack of brain cells . I don’t think it matters if a share holder only has 1 share or a million shares in a company , they have the right to question what is going on with their investment . FDA is not a simple process and it will come and you will recoup your £3.50 you invested you complete Coc* so just have patience with the process and stop shi*ting on your own door step, take a step back and maybe just leave the keyboard for a month till you see how the process goes!!!

The objectives of the cadaver study included evaluating the usability of the instruments to implant the system, as well ease of insertion, grasp of the vertebrae and strength of the implant system. T he surgeons conducted their study independent of one another, further enhancing the validity of the evaluation. The procedures were recorded on video, and pending editing, this should be available for general viewing on the TruSpine website in due course. Still waiting to see this video nearly 8 months on .
