In your post you state that some terrible and shady things have happened in the past with some still obscured. That is correct apart from things being obscured we have all the details collected and correlated along with all the people involved in this scam. I would hazard a guess you could be Vince Profitt but as I said I don’t care who you are. We all know that was set up as a share manipulation fraud by Mike Unwin to replicate his last scam which was the blue print for Truspine ie Strat aero in which he was fined but avoided jail time as it was listed in Poland. He then had the tools to replicate his crime again this time on a bigger scale through his vehicle Truspine with the help of ALL the crooks involved in it. It was set up to defraud shareholders out of their money by siphoning the investments that came in and never with any intention to develop the products but to put it in liquidation as quickly as possible so he could make off with all the money. Unfortunately for Mike this was unable to happen due to a number of shareholders investigating exactly what had happened and making sure the relevant bodies were made aware of all that has gone on. Unwin and Lott are now two cornered rats with no where to run or hide along with all his band of crooks. Miller was just put in as another patsy to keep the charade going and to try & stop them going to jail. The truth is Houdini couldn’t get them out of this one. The company is insolvent & has no IP. It will never achieve FDA approval as they have no data or money because Unwin has already got it salted away, it is all just smoke and mirrors. The hope is that the powers to be will put them to the sword & justice will be served on ALL these white collar criminals.

This proves Truspine should never have been allowed to list in the first place. Unwin has always been the shadow CEO and I know that for a fact through my personal dealings with him. I paid Copian Capital for my shares that were transferred from Haleride.

It is a complete joke that Miller refuses to investigate legacy issues. That should have been the first thing he should of done when taking on his role, if he was genuine. Laughable that he draws a line at the Admission document claiming all issues had been dealt with at the time. Investors were fooled by advisers signing off on the Admissions document but without a shadow of a doubt none of them should have put their name to it as Mr Miller full well knows.
