enflow (LSE: GENF) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Genflow Biosciences SRL ("Genflow BE"), has received a non-dilutive research grant award of up to €3.375m from the regional government of Wallonia in southern Belgium SPW ("Service Public de Wallonie").
Genflow will use the grant to expedite its planned research and development activity. The substantial grant funding is non-dilutive to Genflow shareholders and is a significant benefit to the Company alongside the relatively low operating costs that Genflow BE benefits from.
I like the word non-dilutive :)
Just read all this, not even sure why my name is mentioned here as I haven't posted on TSP for a while.
Just waiting for FDA approval and then its game on.
To quote the world's famous investor:
“The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient.”
There is absolutely no point in bickering here, just sit tight and wait until it all plays out.

New tweet from Genflow with a link to the virtual proceedings and their first RNS
John1977
I can see at least 12 RNS's since company was listed 4 months ago, those includes Operational updates, grid connections, spending figures, acquisitions, further plans, gold grades etc etc etc.
You become one of those impatient kiddos, who demand 5 RNS' per week and who then cry when one didn't arrive for a week.
Thank you Shez86.
So from the Oct 2020 brokers document, regarding NPV:
We have modelled our valuation, by updating key price parameters in the 2011 Scoping Study, such as the long-term gold price (est. $1,800, prev. $1,372) and by making a small increase for capex and ongoing mine costs. At the base case benchmark NPV8 level we estimate a mining operation of around 411,200 ounces of gold at Clontibret is now worth US$115.7m, a 60% increase on 2011’s figure of US$72.3m.
So $115.7m NPV from this confirmed resource alone.
19-20 mln OZ ultimate target. Even at 20% of the target thats around 10x of the current resource. If same NPV applies, then maths is pretty simple.
What if they hit the full target?
Also, there is still some interest in Finland and other licences that are not part of this JV with Demir
Death, I am not the way off. When this resource was confirmed, it was based on the gold price of $1300 back in time; gold price is at $1800 at this stage. Unless Conroy has confirmed NPV of $72 million very recently based on current metrics? If so, I am happy to be corrected; please share that recent RNS.
Like I said, $250-275 mln, more than half of which belongs to Demir, so say $115 to £135 mln of profit just for Conroy, minus the cost of developing the mine.
I reckon Conroy will have $100 mln just for this confirmed resource (once mined in full of course).
Their ultimate target is 19-20 mln. Even if they will hit 5 mln all together, that's still 10x more than the confirmed resource, bringing it to the billion pounds. Obviously, there could be some unforeseen developments, requiring more capital, so I would wipe another 10% off. And thats for 25% of their target. What if they hit it in full?
Also, Gold industry's P/E is around of 14-15X. I accept that we are some time away from building the first mine, but that's why Shareholders have now voted for this JV with Demir.
At 15mln MCAP risk/reward makes sense to me.
Some are forgetting that the current proven resource is worth around $900-950mln.
On the average AISC of $1300 this is around $250-275mln profit.
Minus the construction of the mine, minus Demirs 58% it will still leave a chunky profit.
Yet, we are valued at 13-14mln MCAP.
I know plenty of other companies who are worth more just on the idea.
Even if Conroy finds 20-30% of the targeted resource, it is still a massive amount of ounces and more profit as a result.
Sunday roast is now live

What a Great interview :)
Meanwhile, Irish Central bank purchased 2 tonnes of gold in the last few months

Too much emphasis is made lately on the word "churn" with no evidence to back it up. I almost feel like it has an anchoring effect.
Its not GCATs fault that some platforms didn't add gcat on time. I know from experience how unreliable and slow HL can be.
Personally bought under 1p with XO Jarvis as a normal retail investor. I know lots of other platforms which had GCAT available before HL did.
If you want a particular stock to be added on the platform - you contact the platform, not the company.
Also, a good reminder for everyone, as I see lots of nonsensical deramper posts:

You have to ask yourself, why institutions are increasing their holdings..
Same will happen when GCAT will list in Nairobi, instis there will take positions at the expense of the cheap retail shares. Good luck with your investments.
Sharetime43, I don't want to mean any disrespect, just wanted to point out that its been 2 months since Caracal Gold was listed. This is not crypto trading and I hope you didn't expect to make 5 bags in the last 60 days, as it's an extremely rare occurrence. Your point would be valid if no progress is made in 3 years, 2 months is just way too short.
So far the company has delivered on all points that were mentioned.
The company has no direct control of the share price. buyers and sellers do.
I believe the management has done everything in the space of the last 2 months to promote GCAT and delivered on its short-term promises.

Looks like Jason is doing the First Look Ventures webinar despite being in Tanzania. Hopefully, we will know what he is doing there.
