DVRG are in the process of providing a full solution. We are pulling existing tech together, binders need to be placed somewhere, chips to analyze to need to there as well, other tech, user friendly display, distribution channels. I am not even mentioning that we had to do test in Level 3 labs with real virus.
7 months from zero to hero isn't long, these things take years.
I suspect Labskin has a user friendly platform, where clients access and build their own version of the skin using 38,000 datasets GB has mentioned. So its their parameters, but using our data and our tech, and our expert support/advice.
Labskin then charges some sort of a licence fee, depending on volume, time, access to some or all of these datasets (aka copper/silver/gold membership)
Pure speculation, but I feel strongly this is exactly how it works.
I am sure they are aware,
To remind you, we are still in Phase 3, collecting data and tweaking the tech. We are not and reputable as big as Pfizer to get pre testing orders.
Why would anyone here expect orders and contracts before testing is done? Its already mind blowing that Michigan opened doors for us.
I dont expect Gerry to RNS every single conversation dvrg is trying to make with any potential customer.
Too much obsession here with RNS'. I will sit tightly and wait for phase 3 data first, only then I would expect some answers/contracts etc, providing phase 3 is a success.
Investing is for 3-5 years, too many impatient people expecting RNS every 5 minutes, shouting that SP dropped by another 2 cents. Common...
A lot of banging here about PR.
Guys, please remember we are not selling toothpaste or other similar stuff to Joe Public. Their PR happens during collaborations, conference attendances, forums, university links. We are selling business to business. I cant imagine Matt Han**** reading Daily Mail article and then phoning Gerry to make an order. We don't need to be on TV for this stuff, period
Otherwise, we wouldn't be working with 18 out of 20 cosmetic companies, we wouldn't send equipment to Peru, we wouldn't have a contract in Michigan etc.
There are other channels, than spending money on commercial ads.
Those are projects conducted 6 to 10 years ago. Integumen didn't exist back then, having been founded in 2016. GB came into Integumen in August 2018.
It has, SP is higher than it was 6 months ago and certainly higher than when GB took over.
As a LTH I don't watch SP on the weekly basis. I will agree regarding market agreement/disagreement when at least 6 months are gone from the moment of the sell off. Too early to come to that conclusion after few weeks. Daily and weekly chart analysis tells me that we are in consolidation period.
Lots ofs of LTH of some blue chip companies are happy with 5-10% increase per year. Thats a fairly realistic average expectation.
It seems that lockdown brought in too many new ill researched people with the ideas that this business (investing that is) can bring 2000 % per year all the time.
It can happen to some stocks indeed, but more often than not reality brings those folks back to earth. Majority lose money and quit blaming CEOs, shorters and market makers.
Negative posts with back ups are good
Positive posts with back ups are good
Its silly rampers (who promise £1 bln mcap in 3 weeks) and moany derampers ( who just constantly cry about paper loss) I have problems with.
Its good to critise when things go wrong and point out what happened and how it could have been mitigated.
Last 2 contract RNS' have shown that CEO taken on board comments regarding hints and ramping, and just simply delivered contracts and set time scales on further tests.
Whats the point of constantly revisiting those points with cries aka "we will never forget", when the world has moved on?
Honestly, I don't really care. If you are not a holder, then please leave this board for holders to discuss.
This is a stock market, there is no guarantees, no one owns anything to anyone. Even if you invest in Coca-Cola, there is still a risk that the company might collapse. I couldn't care less about other peoples money lost after being invested during FOMO (I topped up during the same period as well). Market has no soul and doesn't care.
I just prey on institutions to take more shares to their sticky hands out of twitchy PIs who can't sit on their hands and can only hold for 5 minutes.
What I do know is that when SP goes up again, lots of derampers will disappear until SP goes down and I will be reading same crap of someone blaming CEO, shorters, political unrest, weather and other stuff.
This is happening daily for the last 200+ since stock market was invented.
I have been invested in other companies, where there was a total silence from BOD, and guess what, people are demanding hints and more openness towards investors. Its a lose-lose situation for BOD and you can't please everyone.
If you want to see answers from BOD, please refer to investors relations section on companies website.
Truffle, you still sound very bitter.
If you lost faith in the company and what happened goes against your investment case, then sell and move on.
I cant remember CEO promising something he didn't deliver. He gave hints, people have interpreted them in their own ways.
CEO did present new product and announced new partner in the name of Dell. He also confirmed ongoing NDA, so at this stage cant elaborate more.
2 new contracts in the last few weeks. Not many biotech startups have revenues coming in, deepverge isn't one of them.
Bumble compared Deepverge to NCYT purely on the basis of share fluctuations. I think this is pretty obvious.
What a fantastic reminder, BumbleHum.
No ramping, just pure facts and backed up research.
Its a shame such posts can't be pinned on LSE board.
Lots of people have developed a tunnel vision lately and completely forgot the fundamentals of this great company.
Sometimes its good to take a step back.
Has CEO overpromised ? I think so, or perhaps peoples expectations were a bit different.
What did we have since then? Confirmation of two contracts, one for $500,000 for first 6 months of 3 year deal, another one for £190,000 of recurring Labskin deal.
Has SP increased since then? Nope, it went further done.
Some might say that its still due to damage done 3 weeks ago and those two contracts were a drop in the option. But hey, in my opinion those are solid contracts, especially US one.
I think we need give Gerry sometime, he can't publish new contracts every week or so. Lots of investors have short memories. Look at the SP a year ago and now.
I feel sorry for people buying during FOMO period, but its by no means a CEO fault entirely.
Let's all chill a bit, wait for merger to happen and get those results in before Xmas, not that long to wait.
All the best
Truffle, people need to learn to blame themselves first. I am thousands of pounds down, it was my decision to be invested, I did the research and I clicked that button to buy. Enough of this "blaming others" mentality.
Moans will not reverse SP back and certainly won't change the past. SP tanked heavily 3 weeks ago and moans haven't stopped.
By all means, seek answers from BOD. Investor relations email is on the deepverge website.
If someone doesn't like BODs answers then either suck it up and let it go, or sell and move on
All the best
Managed to read through all that c r a p in the last few pages.
People posting negative stuff constantly with cries and moans. Please, I couldn't care less how you all feel when SP tanks, just sell and go, or average down.
Stop demanding answers from GB! If you want him to do something, then give him time ffs. You are constantly asking him questions and then moaning and stating that he should be doing more. Well if you stop these stupid questions then he won't have to answer them on this board and will spend more time building the business.
British bull****e is a joke, no further comment here.
Chesh, you are better than this, stop replying to constant moans and deramper and we would avoid reading 2-3 pages of bickering.
All the best

Thinkaboutit,
What time frame are you using to recognise the downtrend? I hope its not daily?
On weekly chart it certainly looks like going down.
Its a different picture on monthly and 3 month chart.
I want to be enjoying watching movies in cinemas again, knowing that all people around have have had a breath test and were tested negative, and were checked upon entry.
Same applies to libraries, museums etc. We can start mixing with people again, go out and enjoy ourselves, and crucially, spending money again to get economy going.
People who are saying that this is too complicated are delusional. As no one else came with a better solution. That new test and trace thing is *******s. Went to spoons in Bishop Stortford today, queued at the street level, mixing up with people. Upon entry I was made to scan the QR code and put my details. I have put fake name and fake tel number, system still checked me in, shambles.
Now i don't know if someone in that pub is ill. I don't know if I am ill myself.
Theoretically you could still fake it and ask your friend to breath in. But that brings 2 things, first of all your mate will probably start questioning you why on earth you are not doing that yourself, as he/she would suspect you are probably ill. Secondly, if you know you are having a virus and still faking it - should be arrested for attempted murder. No different as to having HIV and going around have unprotected sex on purpose.
Jimarilo,
My wife is from Belarus. You clearly don't know what is happening in Belarus and who its president is (last dictator in europe)
Please stop posting this nonsense without doing your research, I can assure you with 1000 % confidence that he would take that money.
Otherwise, with respect, you will end up looking like a total fool.
Please stay away from politics, especially on the subjects you know nothing of, and keep it to stocks and shares. Just concentrate on the ability of this company to deliver its promises and on investors to multi bag.
Thanks
Chesh, he sold Skin and bought MWG, used an arb, gained around 10 % extra.
It feels great, that should attract more institutions and long term holders. Penny stocks give a sense of some sort of a large holding, i appreciate it looks pretty when someone spends £1000 and gets 5 figures in shares.
But it's all about Mcap, not about how much 1 share costs.
You vote primarily on the merger, it would be a great shame to vote against purely on consolidation, when your value will not change. DYOR
