Agree Add re 20:28 last night.
These options are to bring Mr Stackhouse into line with what others at his level can expect if Bob and Dan do their jobs.
A strike price of 30/35/40 doesn't work because that's the likely sort of level that the exit will be at. This pricing gives him a 100% kicker on top of his basic.
Sorry, I forgot to post jiffys reply.
"Many readers are sick to death of your sparring with MR, I'm sure you can agree to that?
Or are you 2 one and the same?
Anyway sick of it."
Followed by several posters saying much the same. General view is he's not their favorite person. Distuptive and argumentative.
Good afternoon novice. Not sure if your aware, but I also hold gst shares, and don't post, but often read the board. Always interested in your posts. But it appears you have fallen out with most of the posters over there. Bit of a pattern.
As someone daily encouraging posters on here to report, and ban posters on here with different views to you, I had to smile at this post over there at 0002 hrs this morning.
"Well done tiny it took you 3 minutes and piggybacking on someone else’s post … classy for someone who thinks they have the right to be the board policeman "
Bit of pot and kettle.
Also very Interested in your support for putin, and his invasion of Ukraine. Some on here might want to pop onto the gst board. I'm sure they will find your posts enlightening
Blimey. We've all turned into kalbari. Maybe he was right. It seems to be coming to fruition what he forecast. This board in those days were telling us £4 by Xmas, and In mather we trust. Let's start a come back kalbari petition
Talking of Mather.
Has anyone heard from the chancer recently?
He would mumble the same ramblings over and over again.
Multiple exit points, majors on board, major in the making, blind Freddie etc etc, now not a peep in ages.
Shameful nicky boy, shameful
Bloke takes job at CFO in late March. Realises what he's been asked to do will see him out of a job. Ensures he gets a decent payout for when that happens. As long as there is an offer on the table north of 35p by the end of H1 I couldn't care less.
Red must be a woman going through the menopause , it all seems very hormonal.
Steady Red, your starting to sound like me… People will begin to claim you are an infestor..
It's pretty obvious we will be starved to death by the majors , run out of cash. So we gave away £32m on the last raise at 17p. The next lot will want them at 8p. I cannot see anything but pain on the horizon.
This comapny has become a joke...
Are you reading this Mr Mather?
The company website is way out of date or wrong, e.g.
"Shareholder Information – Key Security Information
Last updated 15 December 2022"
Fawzi has obviously gone and there is nobody handling PR/Communications.
You needed our support at the AGM to get re-elected.
Big bad Bob wielded the baseball bat..."Fast and smart..."
The merger was a cuckup...delayed due to incompetence and then the need to produce an MDA and a revised Prospectus
Theres no news...no news...no news...except the awards you're giving to yourselves...
No apparent drilling going on and definitely no intention to build a mine...
Shares'given' to Jiangxi...where's the bid...
I have no intention of selling, but apart from a PDAC appearance, the CEO seems to be doing nothing much beyond sacking people...
The shares should have rerated following the merger and 100% ownership of Cascabel but the management are incompetent and self-serving.
We supported you Nick...you've always said you've got our back...we voted for you...this is your company...get it supported...
Please...soon...
Or is it the merger and only one needed,
Addicknt so what is coming??,clear your options ready for a takeover ,does he cross the threshold allowed so has to reduce by taking his options, late rns why?
I’m assuming Scott’s performance criteria is linked to‘efficiency’. As that is the only thing he wanted to talk about achieving in his recent interviews.. or something really low bar to ensure he qualifies…. maybe his attendance record and punctuality?
One thing's for sure, if they haven't delivered some real shareholder value between now and them seeking approval I won't vote in favour of anything which gives them more options/remuneration etc.
Why they need to send smoke signals?
DM, because they are designed to give him a good return in the short term and are instead of an exit related bonus. At least that's my theory.
The clue is in the exercise price. If these were genuine long term options the price would have been set at a far more ambitious target.
What was that famous line, "You turn if you want to, the Quady's not for turning!
Yeah, right..
Yes redknight
They would vest earlier in “a Change of Control Transaction, as defined under the Company's ESOP Rules.”
Come on guys...can't you see the subtle undertone...?
They don't VEST until April 2024, 2025 and 2026...
But of course they will automatically vest if there is a takeover...
This is a blatant giveaway as if we are still independene in April 2024 we'll be building Alpala...and that ainy going to happen...
Over to you Quady!
A total lack of ambition or expectation in those future options prices….
Previous future facing staff options at circa 45p seem a long distant memory now.
Looks like our CFO has been granted options over ten years.
We are going to fund Cascabel.
I cannot think of any other reason.
You would not grant so many options if we were going to sell or part sell the company.
Cash burn rate/cash balance will be interesting..
But with regard to what basic operational tasks Solg staff claim to be doing, I assume them to be be so vague and insignificant they dont require any updates… just enough for management to be able to claim some activity is actually taking place, and to justify still being employed..
I don’t expect any further explanation or clarity on position and strategy.. not until the results of the strategic review… which I fully expect to be pushed back to q3/4… but hopefully I will be wrong.
But there is the rub here… I am actually interested in what the content of this MDA could be, considering our current position… will it actually contain any clarity… or will it be fluff and filler due to no progress or plans..
Orthencopper let's hope they say they sold cascabel or the whole lot in Ecuador ,how much do DGR have now?
MDA due in circa 3 weeks….
There is sod all they can discuss and analyse with all operations shut down… Wondering what it can possibly say
