If not a loss way less then they would once have hoped
Agreed Bozi
Someone clearly offloading and it can’t go on forever. Don’t know who or why but I suspect they’re doing it at a hefty loss
Copper price much better...up 3% in the last 32 hours...bang on upper resistance...
Heres to $3.70...please...
PS Alpala NPV is priced at $3.60 (now $3.66); gold $1700 (now $1965); silver $19 (now 22.95)
Revised PFI could look good in Q1...lower costs; higher assumptions...
Wow Orthern. Your downer today puts my best to shame.
All CEOs are victims of the market and it just so happens that SOLG have a seller.
The worm can turn just as quickly. He'll be hoping it does and some before he needs to sell those shares, assuming he will need to sell them at all of course.
Might just get the best opportunity to offer up funds at a great price, i cant see how the BOD can prevent that from occurring as the SP hits a 5 -year low , incredibly cheap, imo, where else will someone pay way above current SP , even 10p would be a great result for a large funding Company to grab a slice of SOLG
Scotts plan to offload the treasury shares to bank 30 million not looking very likely now... Good job Scott
How many shares do you think will have to bought to take this back to 10p levels, 10 Million?? 50 Million?
i could possibly manage another 500K if i cur back on a couple of my oil stocks , i think the upside could be huge , if your prepared to wait
Red, apology accepted. It's all about opinions.
Forte, no they don't. Scott bought from his Canadian pension funds via a broker in the open market, had no idea. He just did not think it was one of the big guys, his words.
Surely solg bods knew who the seller was when they bought their director shares??
They must know the seller? They have access to the register on daily basis.
Not that I am pleased about it, but I don't see much support until we reach 4-5p, personal opinion. After that I suppose we would see a lot of speculative buying in support.
Even though I did ask Scott about what he thought he could do to support the price, apart from his opinion that we had reached the bottom his point of reference was the new PFS with the phased approach, so I suppose there is nothing at the moment offering respite to holders.
Personally, I am not topping up unless we reach truly stupid levels, like 1-2p, where realistically it's the only levels where there isn't much downside.
This is crazy given the fundamentals, but that's where we are.
Maybe if redramp could give us an update on what he’s firmly bud, that might turn the tide, it’s been a while since that news.
I am bearish on Solg .... but Christ Paddyboy... Even I dont think we are a penny share down the line..
Regardless of everything, this is becoming a (not funny) joke. Everyone who is thinking about working with Maxit should think twice.
Distressed seller or not someone is bagging an absolute bargain. Chinese took 5% at 16.5p. They might get another 1%+ (if they were the buyers) at half that. They must be laughing their heads off and the ludicrous LSE market. London markets used to be number one in the world. They are now fast becoming like plus markets...
Franco took £50m for just 0.5% to 1% royalty on ENSA. Today, £50m is 20% of SOLG lock stock and barrel. Bonkers.
New investors could easily do a bag buying at 8p but other lth’s would still be well underwater. Hope we don’t become a penny trade destination.
Barrick CEO interview at 6.00pm on CNBC if anyone is interested in his comments.
This looks like someone is filling an order.
So many buys and price keeps dropping, how far would it drop
Agreed
Wiped off in the past 3 months, quite amazing really, i think this is a great buying opportunity for new investors,
DYOR
Sorry anon...the first part was you, viz
" I don't trade this anywhere near as much as you do though, hence don't need to ramp or deramp."
However I took a break in the middle of posting and the second part (7p, etc.) is dave the horse...
Apologies
A parrot who can spot an attention seeking clown.
Where are you residing this week bbg.
We've done australia, England and Italy.
Shall we try a tropical island, you've not done that yet. CLOWN
Getting nets ready if this drops under 8p won't stay there for long
The parrot has arrived...
