Ghia, this "closed forum that I watch", the source that cityTTrader is plagiarising, is that where he got his Indian story from a few months ago?
That was a load of old crap as well.
The "rumour" is on other boards. It is not exactly secret of the century so I don't understand what all the mystery is about on this thread.
Or is that just another rumour doc?
You really do hear some nonsense on these BB’s…
There is no leak or inside info imo - or else the sp would have already dived or soared ?
“ So far I do not know who the buyer is but will update when I find out. All I know is that there is a new buyer out there.”
What City means is when the person close to the source of the rumour posts more info on a closed forum that I watch I will post the rumour here and pass it off as my own information…
CityTTrader,
Just clarify please - when you say a new buyer ; do you mean :
a). Financial institute or
b). a private investor
I try to help people make money here. Sometimes I am wrong because the rumour is close but not quite firm and I always state its a rumour. Some here misdirect but I have always been clear. Yesterday I stated it was aa rumour, today it is no longer a rumour but a fact.
Thanks city.
Would those in the know have any further information on where the new buyer is obtaining their shares, II or PI's?
Cheers
SBT
almost certainly Sun Pharma eh City?
So far I do not know who the buyer is but will update when I find out. All I know is that there is a new buyer out there.
Very skeptical about the rumors of the new buyer being Maverick. It just isn't their modus operandi. It would be wonderful though, as they have a reputation for seeing quality in mgt and value in certain businesses.

CityTTrader, whoever the new buyer is, they like a liquid lunch, then a nap, all done by 12ish!
Current share price will look ridiculously cheap IF our trial results come good and the world buys SNG001 as we all hope. As I’ve previously posted, anyone mucking around and dithering about whether to buy now or try and wait for another 5 or 10 pence cheaper entry point is literally missing the point. But each to their own of course
Yes fair point. Though clearly assuming:
a) nobody knows any non public information; and
b) a positive P3 readout will generate a X00% return.
then more sellers allow the rest of us to load up cheaply. Anyway - time will tell!
Homeslic welcome to the bb madhouse lol. In answer to your question - of course not. But I’d rather have several big buyers than big sellers at this point in time - wouldn’t you? It demonstrates confidence by big players who will have crunched the numbers and assessed the risks involved in their investments - and they continue to buy. Very positive in my view :)
But is all this chat irrelevant though? A new buyer here or there has little impact on SP relative to a positive or, erm, negative P3 readout?
CityTTrader, are you familiar with 'the boy who cried wolf'?
If not, it is about a lonely boy who told a lie and enjoyed the attention he received from it. He enjoyed it so much he kept lying but people became suspicious that he was a liar until they just ignored him. One day he told the truth and nobody believed him.
Anyway, cityTTrader I take it this just another rehash of your 'Indian' story?
Still unsure who the new buyer is or their location. They've clearly eased off for now but they will be back.
I'll buy more then, until they tell me it doesn't work.
once this new buyer is done, the sp will collapse, and fast.
last i checked, 900k sells vs 100k buys.(today)
MrCosts. Unless the rules have changed you would be regarded as a safe custody client, meaning the broker holds your share certificate, but the share certificate remains in your name.
I would telephone your broker, to confirm the above mentioned.
Unless the rules have changed, nominee accounts of shareholders are held in the name of the brokers.
Personally I am not keen on holding shares on a nominee account because in essence the shares belong in the name of the broker. If the broker goes bust all kinds of problems can occur.
I hope the rules have changed in favour of protecting private client nominee accounts.
