George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Surely it should be project Enigma. We need some crack code breakers to decipher Ciz RNS's and Alan's waffle :)

You seem to be more in the know than the rest of us on this BB.
I know the answer is how long is a piece of string but what timescale would you put on getting the LDT test to market if all goes to plan?
Cheers

Agreed
Many small Bio/pharma appear to operate like Ciz with little regard for PI's unless money is required. I appreciate some information is sensitive and confidential but after been invested for over two years I still don't feel any nearer to knowing if this is likely to become a commercially viable product. I appreciate research works at a glacial pace and costs a lot of money but we are are largely living off scraps of information and guess work. As owners of the company this is unacceptable and Alan should be made to communicate better and justify his actions.

I agree a rights issue at low share price levels is not great but if they now do a Rights Issue to raise say £10 million we will all have to contribute 15% monetary value of our current number of shares so there is no dilution of % of ownership, we just have to pay more to maintain that %. As you say potentially the biggest losers could be the ones who were not able to participate in the issue even though they own shares but this very much depends on what the share price does. Maybe someone on here could correct me if my understanding is wrong.

I think you've summed up the situation perfectly. We have an expensive drug and after 2 years have not identified the right cohort of patients which is why the share price is 5p. We are a drug looking for an illness to cure not when it should be the other way round. When the right cohort is identified if the group is very small we will not be commercially viable.
Sorry to go back to the old topic of RM's salary but he is in the top 0.4% of earners in the UK. This at company with very few staff with no product or earnings. Director salaries for AIM companies are ridiculous. If Sprinter was a success you could possibly justify it.
2 things have changed since pre Covid. Management salaries and investors expectations. The company have certainly managed expectations well over the last two years.

The management have made a serious mistake that I think we all will live to regret. I expected a fund raise but in a more controlled manner. If they now do a Rights Issue to raise £10 million we will all have to contribute 15% monetary value of our current number of shares so there is no dilution. Further fund raise will also be much harder in the future as the share price will languish at a much lower lower levels. This combined with a loss of confidence and trust in the board will impact the company for many years to come. If this is the full story then heads should roll.

Timo's down £13 million on paper. Surely he'd foot a placing on his own to keep the wolves from the door so the company can progress.

Thanks for the replies.
As I thought none of us really know the current status of the trials. I will continue to stay patient and keep fingers crossed.

Hi
In an RNS Cizzle announced they had successfully completed an evaluation programme aimed at assessing
the feasibility of using the Simple Western platform from ProteinSimple (a Bio-Techne brand)
for high throughput detection of the CIZ1B cancer biomarker. which may be useful in the
detection of early-stage lung cancer.
My question for the more informed posters is, have the next steps of testing already started or are way waiting for another RNS to confirm this ?
Thanks
SBT
All very quiet at the minute. Any chance of a blockbusting RNS on the 1st feb ?

Sorry to bombard you with more questions but you say you know the drug works but we have not statistically proven anything. Stella P2 results were obtained on a very small group of patients with no alternative drugs / vaccinations. Post P3 we have lots of Covid data and now know that most patients either didn't require SNG or it offered no improvement to much cheaper SOC.
My question is are you not concerned about the lengtt oh time its taking to find the sub group of patients it will work on and what illness/condition it will help improve? Also, when the sub group is identified and if we are lucky enough to pass P2 what happens if the group is so small its not commercially viable.
I notice you don't post much on a weekend, are you normally away on Richard yacht on the Solent?

Bio/pharma does indeed work at a glacial pace. But as Delia would say to Alan
"Where are you? Let's be avin you"
Patience required but hoping for news of a commercially viable product this year.

Don’t mention SNG, I’m still recovering. Another similar share to OBD which may be worth a punt is CIZ who are developing a lung cancer test.

For my benefit could someone please confirm that once the PUT was exercised CIZ would receive 395, 460 shares (based on 10$) no matter what the share price of CDT was? They will then have the option to sell these shares at whatever price they like whether that is higher or lower that the $10 issue price ?

Does anyone have any toughts when, if all goes to plan, CIZ will have a product that is ready for commercialisation?
I appreciate Biotech companies progress at a glacial pace and the answer is probably how long is a piece of string but I wondered if anyone on here has a better idea of possible timelines ?

There's probably more chance of you getting a game for Liverpool then RM getting the company back on track. Both in need of rebuilding and requiring a miracle I think :)

If you've got a good tip just say who the company are. Most sensible investors will do there own research and wont mind as long as you're not ramping the other company on the Cizzle board all the time.
