I know pharma/bio works slow but this is moving at a glacial pace. Allan needs to think about employing more staff to help with expansion into other markets ASAP whilst there is a gap in the market. Everything seems to be too reliant on Dr Dawn.

It's about time we got an update on what's happening (or not) in the USA. Its not like shareholders own the company and deserve information on how their investments are going.

Fully agree with everything you say. Unfortunately, I think the current share price is the new norm until significant news at the back end of 2027. You could argue that share price should increase back over a pound on successful rights issue as the company is fully funded for P2 with the same potential as before. However, I think a lot of trust has now been lost in the management which will continue to be suppress the share price. Only time will tell.

If you own 10,000 shares you'll roughly be eligible to buy roughly £3500 worth of shares in the rights issue. If you want to considerably lower your average you need to be buying in the open market. A low rights issue price will however help with that.

I'm still learning but Faron are not going to be able to offer a huge discount with share price at current level as they propose to raise £40 million with 80 million shares. So if the rights issue is at 50p there's no extra incentive to participate in the rights issue apart from avoiding getting diluted further. Selling the rights would also be hardly worth it at current share price if issue is at 50p.

Not convinced by your logic. Shares are issued pro rata depending on your current holding so issue price to a certain extent is irrevelant. The dilemma is can you afford and do you want to take up your rights. Timo has taken a paper loss of £17 million but is being asked to come up with another £6 million if he takes up all shares on offer to him. It will cost him £6 mill if the offer is at £1 or 50p. Lower issue price lowers average but there are more shares in issue.

Is there not some logic in Big Pharma letting Faron do the dose optimisation part of Phase 3 before committing to an offer. With extra data there should be more evidence on if Bex actually works as the current data set is very small. They ultimately may have to pay more but the risk would greatly be reduced.

Good luck to all who have added but I won't be joining you. I believe a fund raise will happen which will drop us back to £1 again or they'll have to an average deal just to keep the show on the road. I've got more realistic hopes and expectations now and would just like to exit with a profit. I thinks £10 plus is years down the line and the best we can hope for is a bump to £3-4 on announcement of a deal. Sorry to be pessimistic and hope I'm wrong but I'm not getting good vibes from Faron at the minute and think we are entering a very risky period.

I agree that a raise is probably coming but more likely to complete phase 2b which takes us to the end of 2026. I still think SSV is a long way in the future as I don’t see pharma paying big at this stage with such a small data set. Hope I’m wrong though!

Have you got any thoughts why Faron were in breach of their covenants? Marku made a quick exit shortly after but shareholders never got an explanation which was disappointing .

Hopefully those days are well behind us and onwards and upwards.
