Tyla wins the prize for closest prediction of closing day share price at 1.45. Well done but would have preferred Big Jonnies prediction.
Been holding for 18 months now and I'm still not sure if I'm holding Magic beans or a pile of poo!
All the best

Rightly or wrongly anticipation is growing for tomorrow. Whether it be good news, bad news or no news who is willing to predict the share price at close of play tomorrow?
No prizes, it's just for fun !

Thanks for your detailed reply. I think that SNG is probably the better short term play with news 'imminent' but agree that Faron will ultimately end up the larger company. I know deciding between the two is like picking a favourite child but hopefully both will be equally as successful.

I'm in both Farn and SNG like yourself and believe they are among the the best AIM listed companies . Faron is a little further back with Bex development but the potential is massive. Likewise if SNG can get authorised before the winter spike the share price could head North very rapidly.
Do you believe that both companies have the the capability to take their products to market or do you think it will be takeover/license?
Also, if you were a betting man which company do you think will end up with the biggest market cap? (Didn't want to post this on the SNG chat as they tend to be a little more defensive on there!)
Cheers

I'd be disappointed if there is limited supply having raised £87 million for trials and production last October.

If there are that many sites they would only need to recruit around 6 patients each to achieve the target which seems a relatively easy target. Have you got a view on why the trial is taking so long ? I appreciate the company has jumped through many hoops to get the trial up and running this quick but I'm still surprised it is taking this long. If I were struggling to breathe in hospital I would certainly be prepared to do the trial.

Do you think Polar Capital may have fully sold out or is it just an administrative error on the Synairgen page?
Perhaps another RNS before the days out ?
Quick question for the more informed posters on here. The trial was started nearly 6 months ago and with now over 60 sites recruiting, how long do you think it will be before the trial is completed ?
Maybe getting impatient but even with admissions to hospital falling surely there is enough willing volunteers to fill the trial. Just hoping that the drug is a success and available for roll out when cases increase this winter.
Been on the Synairgen roller coaster for over a year. Still not sure when to get off and whether it will Champers at the celebration party or drowning sorrows in the local. Either way it has certainly being an experience.
Maybe just a coward but probably best if I'm told to get off the rollercoaster because some rich person (Big Pharma) have bought it and want their turn.
Careful what you wish for. I know an information vacuum causes the share price to drift down but a less than positive update could see us drop quickly below 80p.
Treating the 3% that Covid severely affects seems more achievable and cost effective than vaccinating the whole world, possibly every year going forward.
Could Synairgen still be a front runner in what would still be a massive market potentially saving Billions in future lockdown and vaccine costs?
After Friday I think it best he remains quiet (lol)
I posted the following out of frustration back in December. Within a few weeks the share price started to recover. Fingers crossed for a repeat !!

Will SNG continue to slowly slide until P3 results or is there hope this will take an upturn ?
Not a deramper just a hopeful long term holder !

Been invested and following this board for well over a year.
If the company thought the only way they could get the product to market was Buy Out I think they would consider.
They're primarily concerned with the science.

What do you believe is the future potential share price post successful p3 results.
My concern moving forward is that we have a product that works on covid that will never make to market as only wealthy Western countries will be able to afford but won't need it due to vaccines.
Hope I'm wrong.
Does anyone think that a pharma company could make an offer pre P3 presults. I would guess most (not all) shareholders would currently accept £2 per share. I think £400 million would be a pretty good bet considering the amount of ongoing research, previous results and future potential.
Where's Mr Big gone ??
2 days without posting, hope he's ok !
Was wondering why the Home Trial is taking so long? If the trail had been actively promoted nationally within care homes I would have thought the trial could easily have been completed by now. Surely care homes with internet access & medical supervision from nurses/carers is the perfect setting to carry trials and ensure fast and efficient completion.
If quick Home trial results had backed up the phase2 results we could already be treating the elderly and vulnerable and perhaps even being used as a prophylactic.
In the lucky position to be invested at 60p. Watched share price nearly half, rocket on Manic Moday, fall, rise, more than half again and recover to current price.
Constructive thoughts please on :
1) Selling out now with good profit
2) Selling enough shares to cover original investment then free ride
3) Holding until P3 results with potentail for failure/massive rewards (sh*t or bust)
