Andybe4 would now like investors to think that certain investors have accused him of working for Polygon and attempting to displace shares from investors that frequent LSE.
1. Nobody has ever accused him of working for Polygon. This is fiction.
2. Polygon shouldn't have too much trouble acquiring shares from Polar, who continue to sell their remaining shares.
After wanting investors to think Synairgen will not be going for an EUA after stating "Synairgen have made it clear from the RNS today that they have no intention of applying for EUA based on SPRINTER or ACTIV2 data." he now wishes investors to believe there is an imminent fund raise "Synairgen need to do another fund raise for cash. The Share pool is diluted further and SP goes down to 10p again."
2022 has been quite the year for Andybe4, claims of being able to make the share price go down based on a single post, commenting extensively on a paid article against Synairgen within minutes of its release, numerous posts about January 4th and other dates that the SPRINTER results will arrive. Let's not forget all the abuse either. Once threatened that he would beat me up in a pub.
If the investor base wasn't so fragmented, perhaps he (sorry 'she' as he pretends to be a woman) would have more success.
The filter option is designed for this sort of person.
Doc83 - and just look at the amount of scum that occupies this board. Abusing investors and talking the company down. It isn't normal human behaviour, certainly not normal behaviour of a genuine investor.
It must be very hard work for them to be up at 7am having to type things like:
"pre-Covid prices today!"
"Covid is man-made, you have all be fooled!"
We have one that is working all hours; weekends and evenings included. I cannot begin to imagine the smell of that person's room but it must be god awful, sat their with their sausage roll crumbs from the previous evening spread all over their lap as they bash the keyboard furiously, trying to earn their 10p an hour but failing miserably to write anything with any logic or sense. Best they can come up with is just to repeat lines from an RNS.
Just the very worst kind of people in British society.
Doc83, it is a fair question.
If they were just buying purely for the outcome of SPRINTER, then sure, they got it terribly wrong like everyone else. However, they continued to buy regardless of the negative outcome. I cannot say for certain, but I personally believe it is likely that they have eyes on something else that private investors simply do not.
Keep in mind that private investors across the different forums have obtained a lot of information just by emailing American doctors. An investment organisation can do so much more with their dedicated analysts and numerous contacts at their disposal.
I wouldn't call it faith but I am feeling positive about whatever they are up to.
On another note, I don't like to hope, but I know the deep dive dataset will be very important for the future of the company. There are examples of the FDA approving treatments based on surrogate endpoints. A few people also suspect Synairgen may combine datasets to present a compelling case of EUA. It could be all be negative but the amount of time they are taking with it makes me think they are being careful to build a strong message around what they found. If the dataset was terrible, I think we would have heard by now.
There is no 1m trade listed here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SYGGF/overview
Volume is 17,300
BG - I think you mean an American investor purchased 1m shares via LSE today.
"At the end of the day something doesn't add up."
Here is some mathematics for you:
Polygon own 50,927,428 ordinary shares which equates to 25.3%. They have added further yesterday and today.
Stick that in your calculator.
Would like investors to think RM is in hiding at the moment, instead of concentrating on the deep dive data. MrCosts knows this data is coming soon and has a limited amount of time to influence investors to sell up.
By constantly ranting on about how much money RM earns, he would like investors to resent RM.
By constantly ranting on about how silent RM is, wanting him to come out of "hiding" and to essentially repeat a negative RNS, he would like investors to start asking the same question.
MrCosts knows full well that Synairgen are working hard at the moment to build a positive message around the deep dive data they have. MrCosts is also aware that Polygon are continuing to add further, making his entire basis for argument almost redundant.
Don't believe me? Just look at MrCosts' post history.
Polygon are positioning themselves for whatever future Synairgen may have. I believe they were buying yesterday looking at the trades, volume and the way the price didn't crash to "pre-covid levels" as predicted by particular scum bag.
I am thinking back to those series of Philip Morris related rumours for a start. Also thinking about the field trip they made to the USA. What did they glean from that trip?
As they edge closer to 30%, I want to make sure I am sticking around for what follows.
GLA
The investor base is too fragmented to have any influence on here alone.
If you want to generate support in your quest, you will need to gain the support of Telegram, Reddit & Advfn. Not just LSE.
Carry on here and you are simply wasting your time. I have not been swayed by your words. I am giving this until after the deep dive and I will then decide what I want to do with my investment.
Doc83 - it isn't normal behaviour because this isn't a normal situation.
He can only give a positive outlook when there is something positive to report. Let's hope, for all our sakes, it is with the deep dive data that results in the ability to combine with another dataset and produce a compelling reason to apply for an EUA.
Sharedealer2019 - no, for the people who keep demanding RM to come out and repeat a negative RNS.
There is nothing else for him to say until he has the deep dive data ready.
If people need their bums wiping, Tesco are doing an offer on Andrex.
All RM can do is repeat what is known from the past couple of RNS's. I guess for people that cannot read, that might be useful but for most people, written correspondence is enough.
As I type this message, the company are working hard on the deep dive data and the message they must build around the deep dive data is the most important in the company's history.
I would prefer to see RM come out fighting, presenting a positive message against any positive findings that are found within the deep dive. I don't want him coming out and repeating a negative RNS.
If people can see something worthwhile in repeating a negative message, I would consider them an idiot and a fool.
Would like investors to think Synairgen will not be going for an EUA after stating "Synairgen have made it clear from the RNS today that they have no intention of applying for EUA based on SPRINTER or ACTIV2 data."
Read the RNS 5 times and I cannot find anything about what Andybe4 would like investors to believe.
There is still a chance, albeit small and he knows it. Synairgen made nothing clear about an EUA today, only that they are continuing to pursue options for other trials.
I don't think Polygon would be loading up to the extent they are doing for a "10 year hold".
BeContrarian - agreed. Polygon is the key. To understand what their game is would be very useful. Perhaps some already know. Either way, I am sticking around to find out what they are up to.

if this virus was man made would they ever want a real therapy that cures it?
I just can't believe the P3 failed, I just can't believe that the Activ2 is paused.
Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Who are "they"? Who made the virus? Was it Bill Gates? McCains - makers of oven chips?
I am not upset, you're very transparent and it is entertaining to call you out. That is why I called you a shambolic amateur. Try and use one of your other accounts, or strike up a new one to start over.
Just bumping this for those that missed it over the weekend.
Antofelli / Burstead, whatever guise he posts under. Informed the board recently that the virus was man-made and that is why the NIH have paused the trial. No evidence. No context.
Doesn't like "tweeter" apparently.
Thank you for sharing. Key quotes from the RNS:
SNP rs9984273 is a relatively common polymorphism according to available data (REF: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/rs9984273#frequency_tab), carried by approximately 45% of people with African origin, 34% of Caucasians and 10% of Asians. This difference in the appearance of this SNP makes some populations much more vulnerable for steroid use.
"Endogenous interferon-beta production is one of the body's main first lines of defense against viral infection and it is widely hypothesized that dosing patients with interferon-based therapies can further strengthen this natural defense if given early enough," said Juho Jalkanen, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer of Faron, and lead author of the newly published research. "However, our studies have shown that glucocorticosteroids can block this therapeutic effect and may have a potentially negative impact on patient survival."
"Our research also shows that a relatively common polymorphism, which until now has not been recognized as having any clinical significance, actually plays a critical role in disease states where interferons and glucocorticosteroids have an impact on mortality. These findings will support our continued research into the potential of intravenous interferon beta-1a therapy as a future treatment for ARDS and other acute settings of systemic inflammation leading to capillary leak."
Not going to waste too much energy on this poster but they will be around for a while, aiming to quash any positivity surrounding Synairgen.
That will include:
- ACTIV-2 updates (Yesterday he was implying the virus was man made and therefore there is a sinister reason behind the pause of the trial)
- Positive Twitter posts (they are in Twitter Gestapo mode today)
- Constant reminders to the board that SPRINTER failed its endpoints (not that it wasn't obvious or anything)
Maybe they have a short open. I don't really care but I have seen this modus operandi plenty of times before.
Pitiful.
