With the lack of acknowledgement to the market for the start of flow testing, I have a feeling that there is yet another last minute unforeseen " regulatory hitch or obstacle" or something else to that effect.
The past performance of missing three previous testing timelines means that PRD are not in a position over whether they do not inform shareholders that testing has started. People will rightly assume that if nothing is released then it has not started and as each delay has led to a fall in the shareprice then the shareprice will likely fall in anticipation of a further delay. Lets see how much value they really hold to "loyal" shareholders.
@JH
History tells us that no news is generally bad news!
You are completely wrong!
Any news which may impact the SP ie;
Bad news, has to be reported to the market immediately.
Where as good news doesn't.
Always makes me laugh when anon people tell other anon people they are filtering them, the filtered person must be devastated 😂😂😂😂
On another note PRD’s Tardiness for communications remind me of my communications with my wife on what time I will be home….
John Henry,
I thought I filtered you ages ago but you have re appeared.
You fill this feed with negative tripe…..filtered….again!
First news indicator - tick. Screen is full of green.
Just need trade volumes to pick up today for the second indicator.
Question for the mining experts. Could testing, or preparation for testing, result in some flaring or gas escape? Which is then capped off?
Recent images on the 18th and 23rd January are very similar but the image from the 20th has a "blurr" in the middle of the pad for MOU3.
Agree JH there is a running theme around PRD's timeliness and until it's rns'd its best to assume its not done but IMO I can't see PG missing this time and testing will have started.
Sheephatch if you check my posts further you will see i added around 0.23-0.25p
Ive also added recently at 0.195p
Now lets get back to PRD rather than my punt on HE1
John Henry
Your words -
Bid as Placing participants flip the stock for their 10%
2.4 Billion is a huge number of shares to flip over the coming months
All present holders including me at 0.74p wiped out for the foreseeable.
Perhaps you bought some more at 0.25 !!!!!
1. Paul and Lonny might still be in kip if they’re in Trinidad.
2. Can’t remember the last time we had news on a Wednesday.
GLA
Filtered for perpetual whining.
Before you bother, don't bother.
Sheephatch Just a little PO with the continuous missed timelines over the years with no explanation.
HE1 punt around 0.25p on their drill.
Ben no investment for quite sometime
John H
I see that you appear to be slightly panicking about PRD time schedules. As a successful investor I’m more interested in returns and as mentioned yesterday PRD is up 30% in recent months.
I can see that you are perhaps invested in HE1, BEN and others where the returns haven’t been so good !!
Perhaps your investment strategy is wrong and you are buying when the share price of these companies are at an high.
I’m happy to wait many months if necessary to see a potential 300% plus gain here at PRD that’s even if we only get to 35p. I believe in the management and know they are spinning many plates in very difficult times and a challenging industry.
Try and relax or just move on if this one isn’t for you.
History tells us Keith that no news is generally bad news.
Leopards ( Griffiths) dont change their spots.
I decided against all the others running back into 2023
Here we go again
Phase 1 Guercif rigless well testing scheduled to commence before 25 January
And another one
PGVL has begun the process of re-scheduling and re-mobilising its rigless well testing team as a matter of urgency. It is currently forecast that rigless testing operations will begin as early as possible in January 2024.
And then this little nugget in OCtober
Rigless testing MOU-3 using conventional perforating guns is currently forecast to begin on or before 16 October 2023
Anyone remember this little Nugget
This will enable the testing programme to commence at the earliest possible opportunity in September.
Management in Trinidad, would not expect any updates until next week at the earliest.
Would not surprise me, later today or tomorrow
Keep the faith
MEM
Alas there will be those clamouring for info but frankly a day here or there isn't a big deal. They may even commence testing without notifying particularly if they hope to get strong early results to give a more significant update.
If we get to mid-Feb without an RNS then I'd have an issue but to be chucking toys out of the pram when they could start today and RNS tomorrow is a bit pathetic.
Most O&G companies miss deadlines including majors so accord some leeway or bugger off and buy IBM/Nat West/Sainsburys where the plodding pace and dull predictability may suit your temperament better.
If they do not start testing tomorrow then Friday is a missed deadline!
The rest is of best endeavours!
Just relax and let it unfold for goodness.
John Henry, are you missing the point. Your statement “ They specifically said though that the ITR will be released before testing commences." is not true and therefore needs correction
Reason Keith, the company has never completed on a single timeline.
Griffiths knows this. you would have thought he would have the decency and respect for shareholders to inform them of an action that is now running 7 months pasted original plans.
