Hi guys, I too have lost serious money in ZEPH, I have recently invested in PRD.
thought I would post you details of a UK Co, full listing on LSE.
PREDATOR OIL & GAS (PRD)
Good management - proven track record of 40 years (CEO Paul Griffiths)
Skin in the game (CEO owns 45m shares)
Co has Zero debt of any kind
approx 880m shares
MOROCCO
Huge gas fields in Morocco
License Guercif over 4,000 sq km (75% owned - ONHYM own 25%)
Gas, over pressured, bio and thermogenic
Oil seeps and previous successful oil drills on license
Almost certainly condensate
Recent Helium discovery
MOU-6 is about to be drilled in July (funded by another company, my guess is ADNOC or EXXON) We signed a NDA with ADNOC sometime ago.
10 year Tax holiday
T&T
We own a number of producing fields in T&T, we have 2 drills near term, work overs being undertaken on approx 40 wells to improve oil flow. We have experience in EOR through Carbon sequestration, T&T can suffer from some waxing issues, we have imported a Saudi Co IP to sort the wax issues with the aim of increasing flows by 30%
PRD have approx $50m tax losses to offset
Paul Griffiths has said publicly a divestment is under discussion (possibly ADNOC or EXXON) not sure if just Morocco or perhaps T&T as well.
IRELAND
We own 50% of a IRL offshore license, worth approx $2 BILLION (South Corrib) we have a LOI to buy our License if the IRL government will grant our Successor Authorisation.
In total I believe we could receive an offer over $1-3 billion, possibly a lot more if we have found a large amount of Helium, current M/Cap £35m
Given middle east events, big oil looking for more Gas and oil, in safer jurisdictions, Morocco ticks all the boxes.
PRD is totally overlooked by the city, news could come at any time.
Please DYOR/DD
Good luck, lets hope we all make our money back some how.
