Are PRD the next Dana, not trying to ramp, but the more I look at the position we find ourselves in, the more it brings me back to Dana.

GAS, OIL, CONDENSATES, HELIUM, friendly country, pipeline, low tax, war in M.E. oil prices of a $100 pb, worldwide shortage of Helium due Qatar damaged/shutdown for maybe 5 years.

A bidding war ? maybe a Sovereign Wealth Fund in the mix. Multi nationals, PG’s phone constantly ringing :)

Would $8bn be OK ???

O&S I stand by my figure of 19Tcf which I believe I have stated for almost 4 years, or is it 5 years !!

By now I fully expect numerous entities will have completed valuable Sat imagery to pinpoint areas of greatest interest over our licence in Morocco in addition to the data room, every Co has their own methodology to establish likely resources (Petroleum resource potential) using electromagnetic spectrum technology - looking for signs of gas, oil and I believe Helium.

So any additional areas will have more robustness in any discussions, any Co will have spent 4/6 months on DD, possibly spending millions USD before agreeing to let’s say $3+ BILLION to buy out the entire license.

The figure will be in any offer document/H.O.T

Is it $2bn $3bn maybe $5bn ?

I do wonder given ONYHM inside track of full disclosure, including their newly created commercial arm, there is a deal being hashed out between them taking a larger slice of the cake than 25%, perhaps upping to 51% vs Multi National 49%

Leaving Morocco the main beneficiary and in control of their in ground assets.

The more I look at the possible size of the prize, I cannot see PG selling off Morocco for a paltry 0.5 bn it seems 3 bn is a fair price to walk away (USD)

And examine big picture, 75m shares traded in last 3 sessions, 1 x 7m purchase plus multiple 1m purchases, SP up 30%+ news due next week, multiple news, if we have a quieter day today or a FOMO Friday it matters not, my focus is on next week.

Over 30m traded, a huge 7m trade plus numerous 1m and 1/2m trades. Follow the money, as somebody knows something, serious sums involved.

Who it is ? Entities very closely connected to the deal, who can see where the SP is heading in a short time frame.

Speculation is difficult, sheer hunch. HNWI/Family Office maybe….
