Seabrights work is legendary
I have taken a small part of his excellent work (full credit to Seabright) to highlight a few items
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
Company estimates: 50mmscfd
At $16 per mcf, that’s $800,000 worth of flowing gas per day.
$600,000 Net to PRD (After partner ONHYM 25%)
$219M Gross to PRD per Annum.
$159M Net profit per annum to PRD after costs.
Recent presentation:
135BCF via CNG is worth= £2.67 per share
EMV net un-discounted revenues $1.317B
14. Conclusion:
Management took a quiet, patient, sure, and rigorous approach before announcing results rather the speculating.
The company has continuously released 3rd party independent data and analysis on MOU-1 —Honest and confident transparency.
MOU-1 results are at the top tiers of possible values.
The sand quality and high gas charge made traditional logging difficult.
I believe that the time taken to receive the results has affected sentiment.
The same successful patient & rigorous approach to the Mou-1 analysis looks to have been applied to the perforation programme.
Resources booked as contingent.
Interesting to note. I believe Chariot didn't flow test their wells after the appraisal. Resources booked contingent.
A two-well programme is going forward. Drill MOU-2. Then perforate & flow test both wells.
RNS 2022-Jan-13: "The CPR confirms the "analogy of MOU-4 (Now MOU-2) to the Anchois-1 gas discovery in the offshore Rharb Basin"."
135.67BCF Via the CNG project is worth £2.67 per share - Recent presentation
Also interesting to note: The resource estimates of 295BCF to 708BCF Net for the current discovery use a conservative 66% recovery. "The recovery rate for deposits in the Rharb Basin is around 90%" -ONHYM. That would provide upside to 402BCF to 965BCF NET PRD - If the similarities of geology carry through to recovery.
The company's presentations, RNSs, Interviews and more are compiled in Menu/Company Info.
Running room:
The current MOU fan is 0.5% of PRD acreage of 60 North Sea blocks equivalent. For example, one of many already identified targets - MOU-NE- is 100KM2 and looking for oil.
———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
I would now highlight MOU area = 60 North sea blocks, this is just one area of our total acreage on our license in Morocco, there are 8 similar target areas.
Note SB ref to oil, and lots of it.
We have Biogenic, and Thermogenic gas, that is like a twin income stream, plus oil, oh and Helium.
I am happy if negotiations take a little longer to crystalise FULL VALUE.
In the current macroeconomic climate what we have is worth a massive amount,, let big oil argue over its worth, PG is ratcheting his biggest project value with a war in the background, currently with no negotiations taking place to find peace.
Final thought 60 north sea license areas, possibly multiplied by 8 other areas = 480 POSSIBLE north sea license areas, shallow/
