The last couple of weeks there were days of 3.3-3.8m shares purchased per day, 10 days and say 35m shares.

Also every single Placing announcement led to huge buys on the day of the Placing RNS, I think the largest single days figure was 25m shares bought.

Suspicion of 1 or 2 entities long term significant accumulation about to crystallize a very large profit over the next few weeks, watching this all unfold will be fascinating for all LTH.

VALUE CREATION, POSSIBLE STUB EQUITY, DIVIDENDS, CASH TO REINVEST BACK IN TO THE WIDER BUSINESS, POSSIBLE FAST TRACK IN T&T, POSSIBLE NEW OPPORTUNITIES IN AFRICA.

We have a front row seat, just a tiny bit more patience required, all with a background of significantly higher energy costs, coupled with searches for new gas/oil discoveries away from the M.E. in a safe jurisdiction, oh and fiscal terms second to none.

The end game approaches, PG’s own timeline is upon us, whatever shape the deal or deals takes, it will blindside the city, something left field.

Whatever figures you have based your own likely outcome, be it Gas, Oil, Condensates or Helium, given the current and likely long term elevation in all 4 prices, spot and longer term, I believe we are very close to an announcement. I suspect a last minute renegotiation on the VALUE of our assets, given the current standoff over Iran.

The last operational update was Oct 30th 2025, we have had the odd bits, the odd X/Tweet.

Given all the exploration, multiple drills, promised rapid turnarounds from the Lab, Aeromag, completion of El P. and yet zero real news.

Is it just me, or does anybody else think this is unusual ?

Teddy you are deluded if you think oil will fall to $70 anytime soon. Look at forward dates for oil over the next year, be lucky to see a price of below $83-85

That’s assuming lasting peace is found, already Iran are threatening ships going through Hormuz, stating only Iran controls this waterway, which it does not.

My guess is we are not out of the fire yet, more to come, then throw in one of Trumps Tantrums for good measure !!

With just T&T with those proposed production figures it supports a SP of 22p a 7 bagger from today’s SP

All inside 12-18 months and excluding Morocco or IRL

I can see $100m with a bit of luck, slightly increased price towards $77 and in time, production towards 3,300 bpd.

What will the SP be then ?

The U.S.-Israeli war on Iran is heightening the importance of finding new resources. Executives at the conference warned that supply shortages could continue for longer than expected, making new discoveries potentially more critical.

Do you have any opinion on which Co might have deep enough pockets to JV with us, and do you think ONHYM new commercial side to their office might be interested ?

I have a conservative estimate of a third of a trillion USD for the likely gas, oil and helium volumes, yes obviously plenty of guess work in my calculations.

But we can all agree the size of the prize is considerable. Therefore to move the project along at speed, deep pockets, political clout and a willingness to get Morocco on side to fast track as much as possible, National interests, massive GDP increase and FX earnings are all at stake.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
