Hi Charlth, well if we accept £1.48 as a baseline figure, that would make the M/Cap £1.3 bn assuming zero uplift in ITR.

Plus something for the He and oil ??? How much ??

Not sure, we are all working in the dark, but He is probably worth at least very conservatively x5 to x8 gas, so even a little is worth a lot.

That is why £1.3 billion/148 per share seems too little.

ADNOC already declared their intent

As of May 2026, ADNOC has announced an accelerated investment of $55 billion (AED 200 billion) in new project awards scheduled between 2026 and 2028.This investment is part of a broader, long-term capital expenditure plan of $150 billion earmarked for the 2026–2030 period.

5% of $55bn is approx £2.03 billion - I am sure the majority of SH would be content with this figure, we still keep T&T plus IRL

Roll on ADNOC Board meeting on Monday, maybe a RNS Tuesday !!

That equals 215p approx per share

Or £1.89bn m/cap

Assuming ADNOC, with an established Gas downstream business, it seems any Helium on our license might have a large force multiplier effect on any bid/ agreed offer price.

Just a question of waiting.

I have a seven figure no of shares, many larger SH out there, we have all taken a view, DD complete, the only thing to do now is monitor for news.

Hi Jasper, I am still struggling to balance the risk of such a move vs benefit ?

Why would PG endorse such a document ?

Have we reached an impasse re Price negotiation ? PG feels this will force the NOC’s hand, maybe ADNOC’s board meeting on Monday will be to discuss PRD purchase ?

It might make the wider market take a look at what PRD have to offer, no mad rush to buy shares today.

So I am left wondering how a beautifully drafted document, thanks Jasper/GRH for the input, but what does PG expect to gain ??

I really feel there is a book, maybe a movie deal in this entire 7+ year journey, the most fascinating bit is playing out in front of us, but perhaps behind the dance of the 7 veils…….. we can almost see it, but not quite :)

Massive disconnect between M/Cap and what is known about our Morocco license, Gas, Oil and Helium.

When will the market wake up and realise a deal is being discussed, MOU6 drill costs are agreed to be paid by a as yet to be named third party.

Waiting for more details with a as yet unpublished ITR, plus more details re the Helium.

Next week should be interesting as the market awakens

Gdrew, thanks, but would a Co pay PRD all the money for MOU6 or possibly the $24m talked about, and then walk away from a deal.

If that is the case, we now have the cash to drill MOU6, plus income from T&T to then test MOU6.

We are in a very very strong position if that is so.

Primary Industrial Gases: ADNOC Gas states it is a major supplier of industrial gases, primarily focusing on nitrogen and oxygen, with associated products including krypton and xenon.

Why not add a Helium business during a worldwide shortage of Helium - great expansion (no pun intended)

If no RNS tomorrow, I expect the SP to move northbound.

Going by GRH’s BB post just now.

I am guessing whatever the deal is, it is irrevocable, therefore the NDA in null and void, yes we might well get an announcement tomorrow, but more likely Monday (weekend starts on a Friday in the M.East)

As for the oil and Helium, I am expecting ADNOC to be very interested in these 2 commodities, and therefore to pay for this possibility - any figures agreed, would be in addition, on top of the figures talked about in the research note.

Alarm set for 7:03 !!!

Why publish this now ? and who is this note really intended for and why ????

My main focus, I am thinking there might be more than 1 bidder - this might apply massive pressure to get any bid over the line.

Interesting development, Flagstaff have pushed out a ‘research note’ looking very similar to Jaspers note, but with more info, beefed up in places.

GRH did say what if Jaspers note could be more widely read.

PG must have sanctioned this, so I am guessing GRH, PG and TT have agreed to publish, but my question is why ??

Who gains by publication ??

Are they trying to apply pressure to whoever is proposing to buy ??

TT/Flagstaff have published this, they could only do this with PG blessing……….. Gorilla dust, smoke and mirrors, a bidding war ?

I have been advised against making any further comments and let the entire legal process proceed, but thank you.

I’ve always wondered why a small CNG operator would even be considered if a much larger deal was in the offing from say ADNOC.

No point in starting production and the 10 year tax free for a very small amount, when a much larger would benefit much more.

Gorilla dust, smoke and mirrors, whatever, I suspect we are very very close to a RNS.

What shape the deal takes ? How much ? We will soon find out.

It is worth noting even a paltry $250m is worth 6 times the current SP !
