The RSI is now at it's lowest level for 12 months, this means the shares are materially oversold and should start to attract bargain hunters.
We will see.
Hi Opp, the information re warrants is captured in RNSs dating back to Jan 2019. The warrants expiring Feb 2021 relate to the 28.01/19 Refinancing the Business for £1M RNS, you then need to total all the warrants subsequently exercised as notified by each RNS.
From said RNS Refinancing Business £1M 200000000
Plus SI Capital Limited 2500000
Plus SP Angel Limited 2500000
TOTAL 205000000
Exercised Total = 122120400
O/S = 82879600
Hi AquaeSulis,
How would one keep a track of the number of warrants expiring in Feb 2021? I mean, what is the baseline document (company publication, reports etc) that I need to look into, to get these details?
In your tracker, how many Feb 2021 warrants are pending now and whats the strike price?
Thank you
Dean you're getting bashed not because you state it will drift down without results but because you came up with a ridiculous statement regarding drifting back to "0.150s". For your information, since PJ took over and the company became POW, the lowest price this has ever been is 0.21p following the general market post covid crash on 09/04/20 when the company had far fewer projects and no drilling progress. From a broker note that appeared early Jun 20 (link attached), POW had the following projects in its portfolio and w/o the money in the bank it has now to progress them: Molopo Farms (Botswana), nickel, copper, PGM, up to 50.96%, Cobalt Blue Holdings (CBH), (Cameroon) copper, nickel, 100%, Kisinka (DRC), copper, cobalt, 70%., Haneti (Tanzania), nickel, gold + other commodities – up to 35%. , Ditau (Botswana), rare earth elements – 51% (under due diligence)., Katoro Gold Investment (equity and warrant interest). , Victoria Goldfields JV, gold, 49.9%, Alamo (Arizona, USA), gold, 60% earn-in (under due diligence)

Now compare the progress made since the 0.21p days and justify your comment instead of playing the wounded soldier!
I beg to differ Dean, oil being a case in point. No investment money because oil is percieved as so..... yesterday despite the fact that the whole world relies on it and will do for many years yet. Gold is another which is based on preconceived attitudes (mainly generated by the media). In fact the whole mining market is undergoing a resurgence and carrying share prices with it. Why? When given the way things are moving metal demand will slump. But its unfashionable to think that way and that is why I am in POW
Perception is everything in the market. Hero to zero and vice-versa is the name of the game and its all driven by making a quick buck.
Try not to bash someone who’s been invested in here since 0.140! Yes there are updates from Paul, BUT, to make the sure we move, it requires drilling results and striking when the iron is hot.
Don’t give me market sentiment. Mining doesn’t really run on sentiment, it’s a different entity to the markets in general. Yes investors become more bearish during a downward trend but that doesn’t take away the investors currently invested in POW, lack of “news” ie, results does.
Strong believer in POW, hence why I invested in here a good while back, but don’t try and pop at me because I’m not fulfilling your agenda of constant head massaging of POW.
It’s a results driven business and we are all here to make money, simple as that.
it’s simply lack of news. BS. The top 100 index is a sea of red. The market in general is down across the board. Its the same on other markets, with a few exceptions.
Lack of news? Which share have your been watching? There's news on this share nearly every other day.
Good luck trying to get this below 2. It's sound fantastic and while head back up after the churn. People just deramp without any facts
Nothing to do with MMs, it’s simply lack of news. We can’t sustain a share price on its and maybes. I would have expected results by now on one of the completed projects. This is waking its way back down to the 0.150s very easily.
The MM’s are certainly trying to hammer out a bottom, unjustified falling knife, yes there is warrants absorbing into the equation.....
See how the market goes, BOD need to pull a little white rabbit out of the hat, it would be good to settle the hemorrhagic sentiment sell-off......
Stay safe y’all
Yes guys you're absolutely right. I still believe the POW story and will be buying back in but not until the wider market makes more sense. Everythings gone insane.
That last message was aimed at Laserbrain
Lol you beat me to it! You squeeky bummed it and sold today then. Probably at a loss?
Blimey laserbrain you must be feeling light headed as you have certainly changed your tune since you posted the following here at 02:30 in the morning! "Already invested here but in reviewing the info on our projects, and given the recent SP dip, Ill be adding tomorrow. As a resource investor, POW is probably all you need."
My own strategy was to hold my investments thru to mid March and take advantage of drilling results (WSBN POW) and JV news (CGNR). I the event tho I sold up all this week. The wider market is getting too insane and a crash would hit everything. Lyn Alden noted miners led the march correction and this was the final nail. Its an interesting vid.

I'm safely in cash for now. ''Picking pennies up in front of a steam roller.' as they say. Please everyone, review your exit strategy. Big money to be made on the inflation trade, but a deflationary crash first methinks. And others much smarter than I. GLA
Sp down over 10%, a day best forgotten.
Hopefully no more warrants rns's while the markets are like this.
Unfortunately, this could drop further over the coming few days. Any news will have to be very good to bring this back up to 3.5p range.
The fundamentals are all there, this share will reward investors, patience is key.
Warrants are another form of discounted placing
When they can be exercised at prices which are 50-60% lower than the current share price
So if I was a warrants holder and exercised them say at 1P then I can immediately dump them in the open market and double or even more my money without saying boo
So it’s not surprising that that retail investors who bought in much higher prices are now well under water
There should be a caveat attached when these are exercised that they cannot be dumped for a minimum 12 months to calm the markets that there are not too many shares are waiting to exit
But this is not the case
So the only way the ones under water can recover is if there is a big find or any game changer news

I don't think there is a placing on the cards here. I think warrants are being exercised which in itself causes dilution and more sells than buys. They don't care how low the price goes if they can buy them back at say 0.75 or 1p.
It was mentioned on Pauls recent interview that the Warrant method was what he had chosen for funding at this early stage.
I think someone said on here some expire mid Feb so I'd expect this to slow down in the next few weeks.
Obviously the warrants and a shaky market mean the share price will drift.
Furthermore, theres an obvious correction occurring across the market's at the moment. That combined with warrant seller's here doesn't help.
PJ categorically stated there would be no placing. Cant see why we would even need one with all the warrant money received and warrants still to be exercised.
Well my purchase here last week @ 3.17 wasn’t my finest timing ever! Oh well you can’t get them all right.
Def NOT a deramp but does anyone think the price drop could be connected with an incoming placing. I know they are cashed up to a degree but is it enough to fund PJ’s burgeoning project portfolio! There’s a hell of a lot of work on their plate!
He also forgets to mention that the markets it's self is having a correction. More so across the pond. Dow Jones down 500 points alone. Had to happen sooner or later.
DJP I chose not to listen to blair some months ago when I realised he was an empty vessel. I achieved that by simply filtering him so I only see a green box so I would be grateful if you do not re-pate his drivel
