Mixed news ?, in a previous RNS they stated the lithium project alone ( 20th July ) was worth $15m, that’s $2m lower, but maybe the royalties are the $2m offset, and I’m sure lithium has gone up in price since this earlier valuation.
The sale is good for the focus on the other projects, me personally I was licking my lips at the lithium project mine alone, anyway that’s history now….
I’m not being negative, just being a little picky
let’s see what shakes out from here….
Laverda, I would imagine the government would love the extra coffers from the mining resources, so I don’t see that being a big hoop to jump through.
If the process pilot plant is making money and the company is making cash flow the feasibility can be developed fairly quickly with profitability coming onto the balance sheet.
But yes you are right, all the variables dots need to link together, and yes, certain stake-holders will need data before handing cash over ))
Sorry I am not at your level of integrity!
Thx Profitbags,
that sets up expansion fairly easily then…..
Also the chit-chat noise that expansion will/could take years to develop is put to bed with this type of engineered concept……growth can be established quickly ??
Hi all,
Just a question about the pilot plant concept and for the guys in the know here, is the pilot plant ( early process facility ) modular built or stick built, modular being built in a fabrication yard and is pre- constructed/commissioned prior to site delivery and dynamic commissioned/start up at site and stick built means built/construct/commissioned & start-up at site, the reasoning I ask if it’s modular and the pilot plant is successful and the resources are maxed out with the facility capacity and they need to expand the through-put tonnage, the modular design concept will have the concept to just add-on and be very easy to expand and not take much time, and also can be moved around better if needed, if it’s this way the roadmap for Premier for future growth and increased profits is not so bad in terms of time. If it’s a pilot plant which is not engineered for future expansion it will be an issue, not only with growth at the site but also cost to expand.
I hope some long term SH can revert with pilot plant concept details ? ( save me time to trawl through the numerous RNS’s
Thx in advance, I am no expert in mining plant concepts, so just wanting some clarity
Decent news, clear roadmap of near to medium term plans, going the right way…..
I found this cryptically embedded in the RNS interesting…..
Korea Resources Corporation (KORES) can assist in mine development as well as ways to explore collaboration further. Interestingly, they are actively looking for additional mining projects both in-country and abroad.
I told this forum over 18 months ago of the political situation that could flip this company over ( I was shot down from some hardy investors which since then have probably left with probably their life savings vacuumed away ) the war came and the rest is history,
up to now, some long term investors may recall my messages….
Some massive companies such as Exxon for example have moved on ( completely out 2 weeks ago ) and lost billions in assets ))
Now this company has put a lot of effort into getting to
Where it is today, but be mindful that the Russian government could strip the assets right away from this company at anytime! and the company could do nothing about it…..
so the sale could turn into snatch and grab !
I was a share holder of this company over the years when Andrew council was at the helm & Bruce Rowan ( RIP ) was a major investor, so I know a lot about the history, I lived in Russia for many years until the war broke out so I know the way of life and all the political layers of crap that everyone things they know about !
I am not de-ramping this, I am just purely giving a post to some investors here to be careful if you have money tied in you could loose it completely ))
Enjoy your Saturday night rums ))
Looking more likely they are going alone at Monchetundra, is that the consensus ( from the collective holders ) of this JV. ?
West Kytlim being a target for assets sale ( does it make sense overall ) ?
Interesting,
is there anything suggestive or cryptic in the RNS stating the FSP is still going or still being considered even with this assets purchase agreement, yes the big assistance of companies are still not mentioned of leaving this sale process ( any other binding options being considered still )
Whoever is considering the FSP would have been involved in these talks to purchase these assets ( at this stage, they’d have to know, because it alters the assets and balance sheet )
all ifs and buts.....
Getting closer to finding the outcome anyway.
What’s peoples thoughts ?
Stay safe wherever you are.......
Once the fountain pens are out maybe the leak will appear.....
It is great testament with the amount of people involved in this sale process there has been no leaks or rumours up to now.
Especially with the valuation of the deal, great stuff
Looking good value here now for entry/re-entry or top up,,
The risk reward is well worth the investment, the numerous pending announcements could spring this back into life in no time.....

If you're abroad and non-resident
You have to pay tax on gains you make on property and land in the UK even if you're non-resident for tax purposes. You do not pay Capital Gains Tax on other UK assets, for example shares in UK companies, unless you return to the UK within 5 years of leaving.
This handover process is not going to be straight forward, the transitional period will be staged so the new owners can take over with the knowing it will be less painful if they just had a turnkey purchase. The federal government and district regional oblast government agencies will need everything in line and tickety boo, even down to the employment approvals of personnel from EUA to new owners ( red book specialists ) , everything needs the Russian Federation stamp approvals....... It is not like the UK.
I think and I have said before Eurasia-Mining will stay in a interface period and guide the new owners into the groove of working and getting into that working relationship with all the agencies and not to mention all the support services needed to run the business, it needs to be smooth and the new owners will need that reassurance that they get that continuity in handover.
Yes, if NN buy Eurasia-Mining it will be much easier and the handover will not need as much interface, but it may not be one company that is buying, it could be sold to part/different owners for different assets, we will have to wait and see the outcome.
I am in St Petersburg as I write this and spring is upon us and the new season is approaching fast !
DS was just merely reminding what Eurasia-Mining has got in their licensed owned assets.......
It just shows what can happen with the effect of two PGM mines being suspended due to natural causes, the basket prices go north......
LOM revenue exceeding USD$1.4bn, with an initial concentrate sale price of $680/t based on operations commencing H2 2021, thereafter, increasing 2% year-on-year.gross figures ( LOM 8.5 years ) achievable ? Ratio per year is not shabby, but not spectacular.....just for this license I guess ))
I guess my wife got lucky as she was scooping Silver for many years ( don’t ask me why ) but she may now get the reward in the coming future.
Anyway, if the dollar gets more and more pressure I think all base and especially precious metals will see increase in value.
My tip would be platinum for the next step up, it’s testing the resistance to break higher....
Anyway, all bodes well for POW if they hit the golden ticket
DYOR
Slightly off topic,
Dated 2nd December 2020
Norilsk Nickel has confirmed plans to increase CAPEX in 2021 up to US$3bn>
Over the next decade they will budget investment to more than US$27bn, of which over US$5bn will be focused to environment protection and another US$4bn at the development of the energy complex, this will also include investments directed to industrial safety and labour protection ( red book laws ),
This includes massive upgrades of to their energy infrastructure facilities.
PS - the $2.1billion fine given to them for the diesel spill ( which is disastrous to be fair ) is being contested back in the courts with NN and in Russia they always win contested fines ( DYOR )
As with the news the shares initially went down 5% but have since rallied to consistent high resistance levels- also I think Russia’s richest man can sort out a lowered fine as everyone and his dog from all the different safety & environmental protection agencies will be in his pocket.....
I am a NN shareholder ( so my biases maybe one directional- ummm )
Russia’s precious metals production, consumption and inventory levels are mainly manipulated state secrets, So with the DFS being hidden information to the public and its major involvement in the sale discussions it falls in line with a Russian company taking over the PGM assets and the estimated total of PGM’s will stay undisclosed ( maybe, I am guessing )
My favourite to take West Kytlim from Eurasia-Mining will be one of the world’s top producers of refined nickel and palladium, Norilsk Nickel.
There is other obvious reasons which would make this transition takeover easier, which investors know and don’t need telling.
NN are setting ambitious ( aggressive ) long-term production growth targets to address increasing demand in the markets ( in the annual report )
They are comprehensively upgrading and modernising production assets and auxiliary infrastructure in this area, which bodes well for increasing volumes and give longevity in service life.
This is just my assumption, I could be way off, but it ticks all the right boxes for NN.....
Sparticus12, I agree on 90% of your analysis, don’t disagree at all.....
this is Russia, do your research into foreign companies running in Russia, come back with the successful numbers.....I can only say that NN are the favourites and I’d be very surprised if any other company tried to run this outfit,
I said earlier that if a western company bought it there would be a handover transition with Eurasia mining stayed around for a timed agreement., until the new takeover company was comfortable.
But if it’s a Russian company which I think is 95% certain the situation is easy ))
