Big seller with a MM
Selling in 40,000 clips
hence price falling away
If I see others getting excited about exiting at > £7, I will skweem and skweem until my lungs burst.
What will be the sp by Christmas, let alone next September?
Seeing the bigger picture is key to not short changing yourself.
Share price coming under pressure this morning - sellers about early on.
I think a number of us investors on here that have been invested for months have gotten emotionally attached to Novacyt, and many have broken their own rules on investing. I cashed in all my other stocks and ploughed them into here leaving me over exposed. I've cashed in some, securing profit each time, now to get some balance. Novacyt provide all the excitement I need so rest now in premium bonds for a while whilst I enjoy the ride and we get more clarity on the economy long term. My stake here remains bigger than my normal investments but as I feel more balanced I'm expecting to stay at this level for a few months yet (originally thought I'd be out June 1st at the latest). Can't blame anyone for cashing in some profit now but I would not recommend anyone selling up completely as this will go higher, even if it is not always in a nice calm straight line :) The way I see it £8 should be floor but with the level of shares in circulation this should be well in the 10s.
So why is it nyct share price dropping after that amazing shattering brilliant news
MMS bunch of cxxts
Baseline figure is 15 quid a share and Mid Cap status at 1 billion pounds. No doubt about it given the potential size of this 1 deal of 800m pounds this is almost a certainty.
It'd be lovely to hear that you've got there Earth!! GOOD LUCK
I must say that even £10-15 is a little bit cheap, but should be reached quite quickly.
Personally, I would like to see this head into the £30s one day, as someone who put £3k into the stock at around £3.3, I'm looking to get a reasonable deposit for a house.
Never leave a party to early
It all ways seems to get better later
Each to there own
But i have left early before and not a nice feeling
Hold for gold

Why consider exit when you've only seen the trailer.
Surely the big picture is yet to come with thrills along the way.
Buy a few luxuries along the way but don't give up those precious seats so easily !!
"Guys do not sell and miss out on the historic rise that we will see in coming weeks unless you need money ofcourse!"
You have a point but remember different entries have been made and the share is up 3400% or something in a year.
I'm with Ms on this one. Missed 3 good chances to make good money off this over the last 8 months, as if I had sold the price would have kept rising, and after listeningtonsp Angel on the pod cast yesterday, I will hold for gold.
"Definitely in sell mode, near 6 upwards something more like a leaking balloon than a hard sell though. On top of this I am overloaded so good chunk HAS to go."
I like that Greg, almost exactly the same feeling.
Guys do not sell and miss out on the historic rise that we will see in coming weeks unless you need money ofcourse!
A couple have mentioned £15. Problem with that, (from my point of view with a c£2 average, and a decent holding for me) is that if it goes on a further journey of a 200% rise from here I'd have sliced so many times I'd have about a fiver when we got there.
As long as this is the only problem we have not an issue.
Probably agree with a couple of mentioned of here of £7, and personally I think I'd be fully out by the time we get there. Would be a excellent rise and when I was first trading I always believed there were more profits to be had. Possibly there will be but AIM markets are unforgiving and I do like some profits sitting in my bank begging me to buy **** I don't need but I can call my NCYT new TV, or my NCYT holiday!
Could even be 4, as I'm sure Doc will be being utlised in a Paris hospital - hopefully using PrimerDesign equipment to treat patients!!
Unless it is a buyout and we have no choice I prefer to let this ride and live off the dividends. If it's going to be as good as we think in the future that makes most sense to me.

Lol, 5 if you wanna photo
Lol yeah Wayne, I expect poor Sneezy has been put down hehehe
Airline boy
Disney land nice
But due to COVID there will only be 6 dwarfs:-(
I’m in till at least £10-15 and then will only sell a chunk and let the rest run.
Definitely in sell mode, near 6 upwards something more like a leaking balloon than a hard sell though. On top of this I am overloaded so good chunk HAS to go.
Was thinking the same thing Alan. Do you take the profit, I’m in no doubt we will see 6/700 but do you hang on for the big goal of £15. I billion cap. Look at all the news from the big forums on here share talk, etc that talk about transformational to mid cap, GM is saying that himself and you no what he has delivered on every promise so far. In the new year for phase two this is a 5000/750m contract and this is only the uk. The simple answer I really don’t know either. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. However you could answer that with one has to speculate to accumulate.
Then there is antibody testing this is a whole new arena also with multiple millions.
Finally take over. I still feel one morning I will wake up, shares are suspended and one big giant has taken us out.
Who know?
£ 7 - 8 is very true
Hold for gold

the huge difference now is that the latest contract has completely derisked the company.
There is still huge upside considering the potential future UK contracts (700 plus machines) let alone the nursing home and schools markets. Then of course GM's stated drive yesterday to build sales in other key markets.. Plus who knows what antibody sales may bring but production capacity of 3 million /month is considerable.
So in a nutshell plenty of upside to come and very little risk on its present mcap
