Just checked on investopedia, it says
The ex-date or ex-dividend date is the trading date on (and after) which the dividend is not owed to a new buyer of the stock. The ex-date is one business day before the date of record. The date of record is the day on which the company checks its records to identify shareholders of the company.

Its strange that it *seems* fundamentals don’t carry enough weightage compared to speculation, sentiment!
Part of the problem is that not being regularly connected to the investors creates more speculation and is subject to misinformation/ramping/deramping and actually its counterproductive!

It says “Passengers will be expected to use the gold-standard and more expensive PCR tests.”
But is that NCYT?
In a Commons statement, Mr Han**** will say that from next Monday, 15 February, all passengers arriving in the UK will be required to take a PCR test, which currently cost around £100 per test, on days two and eight after they arrive.
I am so tempted to think now that market knows the actual figures and position of novacyt rather than speculation and being undervalued at lower SP, that it now is much more easy target for a takeover than ever before and is actually going to be reality soon!
