?? Love it
I never get the gloaters. They don’tvown shares. Nothing to do but stick pins in dolls? Sad side of humanity.
Ncyt just needs more and more patience and shutting away. Pcr is not dead. I personally believe we have nasty surpises ahead due to this feeble govt. . Their handling of covid from beginning to end should be followed up with legal recriminations. Many have died. NHS workers are now considering action for unfair pay increase. My MP today sent off my validated concerns about no front line defence to the DHSC. Last year I got a reply back 6 months later-truth. Democracy?
Autocracy more like.
No news means s/p is aurobotted down. It doesn’t have to go down on lack of buyers. There is not a plethora of sellers. It’s bot-pressure. Usually there are accumulators at work.
DHSC? I said back in Feb or March that this legal action would drag. Some thought it’d be settled amicably and quickly. Nope. Usually drags on and on. I have been involvedcin 3 cases. One still going 2 1/2 years later.DHSC dispute will finish when it finishes. Open-ended. No point being optimistic or pessimistic. None of is has a clue. Illusory to say it’ll turn out fine. It might. It might not. Yes ii’s will not jump in with such overhangs. Their parameters are very tight normally.
Buy or sit on hands.
Winter will bring enough demand if p/i’s have the patience. Full year guidance is reduced but that takes all the bad news out.
US are sensible re. PCR’s.
I doubt Ncyt would put too much faith in more govt. contracts in the UK anyway.
Will they pay up? I know they have the new NHS contract though.
I think wexwill bounce around the bottom again now. Unless positive news.
Bottom drawer. But it’s hard.
Novice42,he has most likely been hand reared from new.
longtimeloser,
Thank you for your input.
How will future vaccines be developed, if we don't know what virus it's being developed for?
Longtime lover
Maybe you should think about getting your end away a bit more often as it's clearly impaired your research capabilities ?? jog on
Confirmation on RTE that PCR test mandatory and double vaccination for entrance to U.S.A.
PCR and quarentine and further testing for unvaccinated Americans.
Aye aye the well researched have entered the building 600+ tests in this one trick pony.
Novacyt is really only a one hit wonder. £3 again (did I mention that before?), testing support, what else can they do to generate revenue? The PCR test jolly is coming to an end soon, in the UK. LFTs are good enough now to replace PCRs. Detecting new variants were the only reason the UK Govt. kept 'em on, now getting the travel industry back on its feet is more important.

Harchris. Not sure I agree that ii's are willing to invest with the overshadow of the DHSC dispute. I have friends waiting to invest once they see an outcome. Its not about worst senario etc, that is already built into the current SP. Rather, its about risk. Have we been told the full story, is their more negative news to follow? The PR has also been dreadful and I am not one to critise the bod's too much. Personally I dont think so thus I have continued to buy at these prices, however my ii friends can't take the risk. My investment is my money. Ii's are investing on behalf of others and have a chain of command to report too. Also, with the SP at current low levels, why do they need the risk? Ii's will be happy to buy in north of c£5, once the dispute is resolved.
At least when the £41 million comes home to roost, it will go straight onto the bottom line figure at the bank as the expenses have already been paid.
I’m in no doubt that it will be settled.
Chris I'm not sure that's the case to be honest. In a way the most recent update has drawn a line under the sand, or at least has laid out the absolute worst case scenario. I would imagine some IIs would be willing now to invest based on that worst case scenario + the high chance of redeeming a good proportion of the disputed revenue.
Valju...DHSC dispute. No one is going to t/o NCYT until the dispute is resolved. I wish our pi's would understand this issue and its effect on the SP. News on the siliva lft and highbred antibody test is due very soon. Sit tight. No easy for the short term punters....
Any thoughts as to why AZ havent tried to take them out ?
Tough time for many here. What keeps me invested is the low Market Cap £208M against the fundamentals. The enterprise value of the business is £130M approx currently taking out cash. This is very low for the IP, Assets, Goodwill of the business and future profits in a growing sector of business. P/E is very low even taking out dispute figures. It will become a takeover target if the SP remains at this level. Payback for takeover buyer would be very short in term of years. Be patient.
