I don’t buy the hidden agenda theory either. The end of covid-related sales, but more importantly the failure to explain to the market where revenue will come from in the next few years, have determined the situation we’re in.
This is a company that was worth 13p before covid. It has now 100m in the bank, but retains pretty much the same management. No disrespect but we need to recognise the limitations. It’s like being a local football team, promoted overnight to premier league. The opportunity is massive, but we can’t keep playing with the same amateur players; we need to invest in premier league material. DA was not at the right level; probably the others aren’t either.
But with no debt, growing demand for testing and 100m in the bank, the potential to do well is definitely there. A few, targeted changes could completely transform the fortunes and the prospects of the company.
Q32 Being used for HPV - Cervical Testing?
If they have copied there's another court case coming. If that's the case why do Novacyt employees like TATA MD posts showcasing the expressPCR.

Laticfnatic, many many years ago my husband spent a weekend rebadging and reboxing fax machines. They were not allowed to tell anyone about it so I am not surprised it hasn't been confirmed and likely won't be.
All of the posts here are sensible and should not be put down.
Yes.
(Although the law does not always work on win/lose. Vast amount of cases are negotiated literally up to the court doors!)
And the other Or the market is playing on if.
As it does.
Neil, thanks for a sensible post .Some people don't seem to understand what all those new tests announced the other week mean to the company , or maybe they do.
crl123 the fact is this is a 95% drop of SP from January 2021 which is suggesting that the company is on its knees and going bust. Do companies really lose this much of their share value in 2 years who are debt free ? But the company has £96.6M in cash and should win the DHSC dispute and generate another £85M to its cash windfall. If Graham Mullis has really screwed up the terms of the contract with DHSC , and we lose the case , then we are scr@wed . Mullis then should return the £10M back to Novacyt and should never have received his LTIP. The market is thinking Mullis has scr@wed up the contract and we are going to lose the DHSC or the BOD are not protecting shareholders deliberately because they are either wanting to go private or been taken over at low price.
Do we know for 100% certainty that these machines are ours !!!
I don’t ever recall seeing one word of confirmation of this and judging by the sales in the last results they don’t appear to be taking many.
Asian companies are the masters of copying no matter how big they are.
I do not believe it is just post covid and dhsc. I believe 1) 2) or 3) of WBAFC hold much water. The behaviour of this company is wholly intentional…implying intent! James Wakefield is not above board and we, as shareholders, are wholly dispensible and plankton at the bottom of the food chain. This share was £1:20 2 months ago. Nothing has changed. There are Machiavellian plans afoot, and I hate being a conspi****** but I feel in my bones ( from nearly 2 years of evidence) that a low share price is what they want whilst taking home their fat salaries. £1:20 to 61p in 8 weeks just before winter. Gimme a break. This is intentional not just a market sag.
I have NO doubt.
In the last year I have been subject to the most devious deceptions( biggest being 4D) and know corruption when I smell it.
No I am not looking for it ….I am now aware when once I wasn’t.
1) James Wakefield has a devious plan afoot2) Shareholders are dirt 3) How dare he publish the shareholder care document this week. It is an outright deception and lie.4) They are happy to fill their bootscin a small cap until as and when or just indefinitely.
I cannot be more blunt nor truthful.
Shareholders should band together to call an EGM and if 50% + vote in a new BOD .
This one is not interested in growth.
Maybe that is why DA left.
This is not just DHSC . Ncyt was £1:20 and nothing has changed. Quite the contrary.
JW wants shareholders( plankton) out.
TaTA MD continue to promote Novacyt products but exactly how much revenue are we getting from this deal ?

There is no hidden agenda...it is quite simple, demand for COVID testing fell off a cliff, that and the fact that our biggest customer wants their money back. The company is in a period of transition, away from COVID testing, unfortunately we did not have a mass market non-covid product available, no substitute to bridge the shortfall, therefore company revenue collapsed.
3. The company want to remain a penny stock company , have no ambitions of becoming anything bigger and the BOD happy to take the huge salaries & bonuses.
As the SP has dropped 95% from its high and most share holders are basically seeing all their money lost from investment here , the question is why are the BOD not protecting and safeguarding share holders / share price ?
What is the BOD agenda ?
1. Is James Wakefield looking to make this company private ?
2. Has James Wakefield agreed to a low price take over / Merger.
Something is not right with this company as the PR is absolutely appalling since May 2021
Thoughts everyone .

My wife has stopped saying those 3 little words.
"Novacyt is Tanking"
Hello
Can anyone tell me where to find the 2 billion tender?
Thanks
Have a nice week end !

If I had a wife and I told her I loved her, she would probably say, "What price is that fücking NCYT now??"
*frown emoji*
£54 was one person's narrative.
If anybody bought in here on that... well....
In early 2021, £15-20 was only a decent forward looking statement away... so near but yet so far.
PI100 could you forward that narrative to Mandy and the Novacyt board of directors and ask them if they could back up what they have put up on their website regarding 1&2 below . The SP is 95% down from its highest in 2021 .
1. Establish a strategy and business model which promotes long-term value for shareholders
2. Seek to understand and meet shareholder needs and expectations
“It is fully impossible for any human being to worry every waking moment about Ncyt. A human could not exist doing it. You’d be or go literally mad. So it can’t be done.”
What the crack head waffle you on about Walter Mitty crl123 ???
Hey Surfie there are still a few of us left, but it does feel like we have a youth opportunities person guiding us.
P.s I do think we are sneaking a strategy.
P.p.s I am in a pub singing my head off....sometimes you've just got to.:)))
"money today, gone tomorrow...ain't the end of the world"
You must have money then Simmulla because having none IS the end of the world. Surely you must have been watching the news and the state we are in in the UK? However people made a decision to invest in NCYT and its gone tits up. I am as unhappy as everyone else, it seems the long time holders hsve all but gone and talk of £54.00 is way behind us. This company has become a joke and P100 was correct by posting earlier the twaddle that the company puts on its website about looking out for investors.
