I am happy for Nanoco employees, for myself and for other holders on this and the other board. Nanoco employees are to be congratulated for their fine work. We all deserve good results and the huge profits that will result from this review and the eventual trial. I have particularly enjoyed the positive energy and contributions from most posters on this board. Many on the advfn board have also contributed heavily. Congratulations to all!
Excellent news! All we need now is our old pal Lobo to give us some additional insight on the finer detail and how this will likely play from here. I see he hasn't posted since Dec 21, hope he is OK and PTAB decision is the trigger for a return to this board.
Fantastic news guys!
And massive credit to PTAB for their integrity in not leaking confidential information to mates buying shares.
Who would have thought the share price could go down just before such positive news.
Good 'luck' all, including BTB.
We are all entitled to some sort of treat this evening. What are you having BtB? Think I might have a glass of Champage myself.
The war is not over but this is a significant battle won.
See you all at 7.00 and again at 8.00 tomorrow morning. Looking forward to that and also to hearing the outcome for the other two patents.
Thanks for all the info, this is really great news, here's hoping for a nice rise in the SP. Wasn't long ago I was 30% down, I'm looking forward to the morning to see how the market reacts. GLA
Thanks Morbox!
Great news !
Congratulations to all holders....let the celebrations begin! Share price should hopefully hit 70s and maybe takeover bid or settlement talks before court case? ????????
I know one person who will be kicking himself tonight RG!
Tomorrow’s RNS will be interesting. What we need now is some good publicity. I bet Nanoco’s lawyers will be getting on with the next stage tomorrow.
'tis indeed. I don't know how Samsung can hope to prevail in court now but no doubt they'll try every trick in the book.
Basscadet, it’s great. I know it’s the first step but that was a giant leap of faith sticking with it, with the PTAB’s reputation!
Tremendous news. I feel like I've been on a journey with you all. That will now continue on a lot longer :-)
Thanks Morbox for being Johnny on the spot and first with the news.
I wonder why the other two still haven’t been published. Oh well I’m sure we’ll find out tomorrow.
I know he’s a bit on the doom and gloom side! This is great news. I know we’ve got a long way to go but the PTAB process is known to kill patents. I can’t believe the relief I feel, I didn’t realise how much this was affecting me.
Same here Morbox! If only so he’s positive about his investment and can share the good news with other long term holders!
NGR, hope he was still in (and I do mean it, he’s been here for years)
All three that have been published have gone Nanoco’s way, up yours Samsung see you in court!
Until BTB says it’s bad news I’m not celebrating!
I've only had a quick skim. But looks good for us.
"Petitioner does not demonstrate by a preponderance of the evidence that any challenged claim is unpatentable based on any challenge stated in the petition"
Happy days!

Morbox - try your iPad in landscape rather than portrait mode.
Funny the final decision is only flagged on 3 out of 5 IPR’s
No problem, just the document not been released, lawyers and other parties must get a first look. By the safari on the iPad doesn’t work.
Thanks Morbox - much obliged.
