George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Fidelity wanted my Tender instructions today (not sure if that's the hard deadline, or just Fidelity's deadline). I decided to tender 20% of my shares. Unlocks some money to play with elsewhere, whilst increasing my % share in Nano (if the overall tender uptake is above 20% I guess...)
I doubt they'll raise the buyback price later, especially when there are insiders taking part in the buyback. They'll just have a special dividend or keep the money (with the reasoning of "well the investors clearly don't want it, we tried..."
I'm in a similar position revolting. If I tendered all my shares, my average is so close to the tender price that I would only make £163 profit overall! I might tender £1-2k to derisk and potentially buy more shares if the price crashes post tender.
Will wait for the investormeets presentation though and see if the Q&A sheds any more light.
I won't be parting with my shares for 24p (which is about my average). I can't see many selling tbh.
Then we'll have the messaging from the company along the lines of "well, we did offer you a tender offer, but you obviously didn't want a return of capital". I reckon the II's are desperate for us plebs to take up the offer, so they can own more of the company as it grows.
The possibility of the dividend that they mention if the tender offer isn't fully taken up will be conveniently forgotten by the company and never mentioned again.
Is this a new test? Swear I haven't seen it in the boots range before.

Got an email with a link to a YouTube video featuring Penny. Said they would be delving deeper into the weight management and heart health areas in 2024. Not sure if that means new tests for those, or expansion of the current tests... we shall see.

I don't belive doctors are going to be referring patients to boots jamrock. The inspectorate Wales certification was intended to allow MHC to get doctor oversight into blood/urine tests and allow phlebotomy in places like boots for MHC tests (as stated in the RNS). It's not intended to be some kind of privatisation of NHS testing.
MHC strategy will be to convince people to take tests themselves outside of going to the doctors and get tests they would find it difficult to get doctors to offer (e.g. viramin D tests).
Covid is still an important part of the business davand. We can still make a lot of money from it each year if things follow the same pattern the6 have in recent years (i.e everyone thinks covid is over early in the year, then a bit spike of infections hits later in the year, causing everyone to rush out and get tests).
Exactly scarnhorst. Learning things like that can be the difference between feeling better and just scrabbling around in the dark wondering why you feel rubbish all the time (with doctors shrugging their shoulders at you because the few routine blood tests they run on you come back normal).

Here's the story from the email. Obviously it doesn't directly cause weight loss. But knowing your body and what kind of food/exercise work for you can certainly help you lose weight.
