I don’t recall investing in any other stock where the CEO/mgt team are so quiet. The SP has virtually halved in two months, why not come out to at least try and defend the SP? They could learn a thing or two from POW.LN. RNS’s on an almost weekly basis and regular webinars from the CEO.
For the first time I’m now considering selling my admittedly tiny holding and putting the money to work elsewhere.
The idea was while MG is messing around and working on land issues an special permit to be issued for MATD!
Issues to be discussed:
Draft revision of the General Land Law and the submitted legal bills /Submitted by the Government on 17.06.2022, whether to discuss or continue/
Draft revision of the Law on Cadastre and accompanying drafts /Submitted by the Government on 17.06.2022, whether to consider it/
Draft revision of Mongolia's Law on Land Ownership to Citizens and accompanying bills /Submitted by the Government on 17.06.2022, whether to consider it/

The revised draft of the Law on Land Payments and the accompanying bills /Submitted by the Government on 17.06.2022, whether to consider it/
Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Petroleum Products /Submitted by the Government on November 29, 2021, first discussion/
The draft law on public-private partnership and the submitted bills / Submitted by the Government on 04.05.2022, final discussion/
Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Use of Water Supply and Sewerage in Cities and Towns /Submitted by 3 members of the State Great Khural H. Badelkhan on 07.05.2021, first discussion/
The draft of the revision of the Law on Railway Transportation and the accompanying bills /Submitted by the Government on 15.05.2020, first discussion/
Draft Law on Amendments to the General Law of Administration and submitted bills /Submitted by the Government on 08.01.2021, first discussion/
To present the opinions and conclusions of the Ad Hoc Review Committee, which is responsible for presenting proposals to the State Great Khural on the issue of the quality of human medicines, the production and supply of counterfeit and non-standard medicines in Mongolia, to improve the inspection of medicines in Mongolia, or to make the inspection activities more effective.
To listen to the answer to the question "About the activities of the Tannery Complex" addressed to the Prime Minister of Mongolia by B. Battumor, a member of the Great Khural of Mongolia.
It’s also worth mentioning that the land law package is still in its draft stage…. It will take many months of revision and discussion to upgrade it from its draft status, will be another 12 months before any vote ti approve imo painfully slow it’s taken 3 years just ti get ti this stage
Thanks Dozz

Total rubbish it’s not been discussed today they refused to discuss it during the last meeting
Thanks for posting that news Dozzawba. Are you able to provide a link?
With regards law - the land package law is being discussed in parliament today
Manro, respectfully, if you dislike MB so much and have so little faith in the share amd managemt , its very surprising that you continue to stay invested or why you bother to put so much energy into throwing blows at MB when you have absolutely zero idea what is actually going on either behind the scenes or actually.
You can't have it both ways so are you invested or just deramping.
I think we know the answer but you tend not to talk n fact.
Here is your chance

Surprisingly, some do not even understand that only crooks operate behind the scenes. And the mere fact that such a suspicion arises about something happening in secret already speaks precisely of a scam. An honest CEO will not hide the truth, much less deceive his investors for all the years in office.
Again: Speculation mode.
None of the posters on this board knows what's going on behind the scenes. Horror stories seem to be what everybody wants to hear - as far a they like to bash on PM and its mgmt.
I say: We investors are in a shi**y situation not knowing what is really going on. And I agree that at this point that no news appears to be bad news. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about it - but wait and see.

MB cannot take a legal action because he was well aware of all these frauds and that is why he constantly lied to us about some kind of huge support that the Mongolian government provides to the company. That is why I realized that this is a swindler, because an honest person, first of all, would not constantly lie to us about non-existent support, but would long ago solve this issue in a variety of ways, including the threat of going to court for huge compensation.
It is a translation of the header from master82' post from Facebook so doesn't really translate comprehensively I know but at least we know that discussions are taking place, GLA
Why can PC continue even after breaking environmental laws and PM can't even though they have spent millions in helping the locals .
I don't understand why PM just doesn't take legal action and look into getting refund back from the government for this situation.
It's like you look for oil with your money and we will confiscate the land once you find it.
What a joke.
Legal action should be taken here for wasting company resources and time. Compensation should be given to PM as this is not really PMs problem that the government can't control the land which they allocated to PM at a cost.
Jimi - not sure I understand your post. Please explain. Thank you
This from your post master82THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE EXPRESSING THEIR OPINIONS Description G. Boldbaatar, representative of the 7th team of Kherlen sum: I would like to remove the discussion about land acquisition of the 20th plot of Petro Matad LLC for special needs of the state
https://fb.watch/g_V9lMUfDk/
Found this on Facebook . Not sure if they are in favour or against PM
Mulin should have been disappointed with lack of RNS.
HE has been always the first one announcing RNS.
Indeed Ojay! I truly hope that Ibiza is right as well, we all do!
Hopefully it is a case of when, and not if ..
The biggest worry I think right now is if we have enough money left to keep on waiting well into next year if need be.
Not sure about that until we get another RNS stating so of course ...
No option but to try and keep the faith in the mean time.
GLA.
Ibiza: You know what? Your summary of the current situation makes a hell of a lot of sense and I truly hope you're right.
However, it's ultimately just an opinion which is unfortunately not backed up by facts. Let's hope those facts roll in quickly.
The people of Mongolia may not want drilling on their land. No one wants drilling on their land but they are really going to have very little say in this. Mongolia has a GDP of $15.1Bn they are planning to build and have indeed by all accounts ordered and signed off on a Refinery costing $1.3bn That is almost 10% of their GDP that is one hell of a large commitment and the government is going to have force this Special Permit through otherwise the country is massively going default on its payments to India for the refinery. Also as much as they would like to wait for the refinery to be built they before drilling for oil they will need the oil to pay the bills because the Mongolian tax payer is not going to foot this and i doubt the International Development Bank or the IMF or European Bank are going to lend this size of money in a rush.
Be patient folks does it matter if we drill this year this permit will come through it has to be taken out of the hands of the locals and the local government. A bit like a compulsory purchase scheme as would happen over here. When this comes i hope the people on here are right in it coming shortly this share will be close to a double digit multiple of this price in no time. Then if Velociraptor comes off then watch for blast off because getting any shares at that point will be like gold dust.
Yes the lack of news is annoying I do not think this necessarily MB lying to us rather the fact that MB had been given assurances and misled by the GOM case because i do think even the government was not aware of these land issues till recently that is why they are meeting to try and find their way around it.
The annoying bit is they all seem to convene to discuss the changes, have very possibly decided on changes, and then realize the all important big wig is not their to sign off on it so they all have to re convene so that the Big Mongolian chief can sign off on it all. Here is hoping, but i am not buying any more for the moment but if this drops below a penny i may throw in another few hundred in and see what happens.
Adilla: Agree - prudent strategy.
BTW: You do't fit into my definition of "chicken" let alone spit roasted dead duck.
ATB
Lambo222 what are you talking about.
You have zero idea clearly as we don't need to "drill" any wells to put Heron on production. We can potentially still put the well on production this year but if not and the permits are issued we will be able to get going in late Feb early March not "six months" as you say.
The main issue is the government needs to sort the issue of access, they have indicated this is being done at a high level (confirmed by the UK ambassadors comments that they are aware of the situation)
Don't sell your shares to these sharks . They are simply trying to buy cheap shares when they know the upside is many thousand percent in days or weeks or a few months.
Nice try though, I'll keep buying , currently approaching MB's holding level and happy to keep buying as many as I can. With a view to 10p on access news and 50p on velocoraptor success.
Looking forward to watching the derampers crying with their 10 shares whilst we celebrate the billions of dollars of oil we have, being refined in Mongolia. A win win.
Cheers
