Would it be a good thing if we were to sell our BAC and make a profit on current vales ,then to reinvest in amppa and go straight to the 49% holding, rather than raising capital from other sell offs?
Agreed MrC - I recall some analyst once saying that BCN is sitting on $1.2B of assets.
Not sure if anyone's already done a valuation for BCN, but I would think its probably worth at least double the price offered by Ganfeng.
Well,, that excitement lasted less time than the ship news!!!
Can't make this share up some days..
"Not overly impressed" it a downright cheek of an offer for BCN !!
Yep - same here :-)
..... it's not impossible that Ganfeng haven't already been talking to our BoD about the 30% we own of the JV's .... waiting for the announcements personally .... I suspect there are a lot of BCN holders who might not be overly impressed with the offer & have higher averages suddenly selling Mama to buy a daughter might not be as rewarding as once hoped!! £5 a share seems almost as far fetched for BCN as some of the predictions spouted here....
Really hope this Amapa deal gets over the line soon to reach my out price here ....
no wonder dl tweeted elon last night...
Amazing to me that cadence haven’t had a buyout offer yet given the low market cap. Perhaps that will be next.
if they do de-list... (they must do really mustn’t they... i didn’t read that far)... the only uk listing of sonora lithium... will be via kdnc... lol... :)
Three RNS's due so how preoccupied the bod must be!
So if this goes ahead then what is kdnc's JV worth ?? or have we been shafted??
we get a new 70% jv partner... who is already a 35% jv partner... will they be de-listing bcn from uk lse... once they own 100% of their shares...
they would be if they sold the jv co... but not this way...
Yes I know...So you think our drag and tag rights are no longer valid?
sll owns 70% of mexilit and megalit...
Maybe not Hanwa but 75% could be challenged?
In particular, Bacanora Shareholders should note that the Offer, if made, would be conditional upon, among other things, the Scheme becoming unconditional and Effective (including its approval by a majority of Scheme Shareholders present and voting (in person or by proxy) representing 75 per cent. or more in the value of the Scheme Shares held by such Scheme Shareholders).
As of year end
M&G Plc
44,373,385 19.8%
Hanwa Co Ltd
12,333,261 5.5%
Igneous Capital Ltd (2)
9,883,774 4.4%
D&A Income Ltd (2)
4,738,030 2.1%
Which owns Megalit and Mexilit...
they will then own 100% of sonora lithium ltd...
yes... that’s the other 296,252,547 i mentioned earlier... that ganfeng don’t currently own...
Ganfeng increasing its 50% interest in Sonora Lithium Limited, the operational holding company for the Sonora Lithium Project, to 100% through the acquisition of the Bacanora Shares that Ganfeng does not already own.
what do you mean daz... they’re not buying mexilit or megalit... they’re buying bcn plc... drag and tag doesn’t apply...
Let's see how Hanwa react,
.29p... Sorry... Cynic
Will BCN eventually go to 67.5p then?
