THG is not an absolute dog, it is being played. It is a long term share. Day traders may win or lose.
I am a LTH but also have funds to day trade.
I expect SP to drop to 70's initially before stabilising in the low 80's.
What's others thoughts?
I am trying to help the share price, have an order in for 125,000 at 6.55, thought that was fair.
Still dealing.
So we can surmise from MM comments that the Apollo bid was over £2 but lets say £2.50.
MM believes this under values THG, therefore why doesn't MM and his "close circle of shareholders" who have 65% bid lets say £4.00 a share for the 35% they do not have?
If he believes £4.00 lets say is a fair price let him pay it, how can he expect Apollo or anyone else to pay £4.00 if he isn't prepared to pay it himself?
To be honest if he offered £2.50 on Monday for the 35% not held I think most shareholders would take it. Would only cost them £1.26b.
Is this solution just to simple?
OK so failed talks is a negative but the RNS is very positive, turn around is very much in progress.
Of course there will be volatility at 8am but THG is worth a £1b+ all day long, so I cannot see the sp dropping much come 4.30pm.
Any ideas when offer is likely to be public knowledge?
Thanks in advance.
If being sold for £1.2m shouldn't sp be c2.3p
Just doubled up, 75,000 @ 21.01.
Switch off now and will come back later to see if it was a good decision or not.
Odd not showing on here and no RNS.
Current live prices 7.51/8.10
I agree and hope my order for 40,000 @ 25p executes.
What does that actually mean? Cheers.
What does that actually mean? Cheers.
Accepted offer in September, phoned HSBC yesterday to find out when I will receive payment.
Bascially no idea was the answer but you will get it!
Anyone with HSBC account been paid? I have received my ZNWD shares at least.
Having reluclantly accepted the offer sometime ago when am I likely to see the funds in my account?
Thanks
I am new here, saw the RNS and are considering an investment.
Have researched a little and seen the share price drop even though £20m+ contracts recently before this further £13m. A little worrying that previous contracts wins have made no difference.
Will this make a difference.............
Not good.
Cash balance down.
Loss increase.
Admin expenses up.
I can see why the need for the changes in the update.
Positive update.
So, if the deal goes ahead, what is the likely date (earliest) that my shares will be taken and replaced with a cash value?
What does the unconditional date mean please?
Opening at 8.06/9.48 that is some spread. Market does not know what to price at.
