So we can surmise from MM comments that the Apollo bid was over £2 but lets say £2.50.
MM believes this under values THG, therefore why doesn't MM and his "close circle of shareholders" who have 65% bid lets say £4.00 a share for the 35% they do not have?
If he believes £4.00 lets say is a fair price let him pay it, how can he expect Apollo or anyone else to pay £4.00 if he isn't prepared to pay it himself?
To be honest if he offered £2.50 on Monday for the 35% not held I think most shareholders would take it. Would only cost them £1.26b.
Is this solution just to simple?
