I am new here, saw the RNS and are considering an investment.
Have researched a little and seen the share price drop even though £20m+ contracts recently before this further £13m. A little worrying that previous contracts wins have made no difference.
Will this make a difference.............

I can see why the need for the changes in the update.

So, if the deal goes ahead, what is the likely date (earliest) that my shares will be taken and replaced with a cash value?

Opening at 8.06/9.48 that is some spread. Market does not know what to price at.

Am I the only one buying lately, picked up 100,000 over the last 3 days, hoping for positive RNS. Tomorrow would be ideal.

But why? One of this mornings appear to relate to a transaction of only 500 shares.

Can anyone explain in simple terms the need for these daily RNS announcement's?

I think you may be right my 1.05 should say 2.05

Not really an all time high, consolidation a few year ago. In today's money about £1.05 needed for an all time high.

Will BCN eventually go to 67.5p then?
