A quick glance at the five year Cu chart shows copper has done remarkably well imo going up from $2.77 in Jun 2018 to $3.96 today, factor in paying off Sasa into the bargain and being debt free Caml poor sp performance seems unwarranted, as Caml sp at that time was around 225p while languishing at 185p seems a disconnect.
6 x more shares bought today than sold so this could fly soon
Agreed Mr Flibbles. I gave up trying to understand the low SP here ages ago. CAML has never let me down, admittedly people were disappointed with last dividend not being increased but I don’t know of another mining company who are debt free and pay 30 to 50% out
This fell a short while back and as elsewhere in this board, wouldn’t be beyond the realms of possibility that it falls further, but believe we will see a significant upturn, just need to be patient
Have added today
While we may get a slight dip in the days ahead in the normal volatility range. But it looks to me this broke out of the downward trend as is ready for a new trend:

Yep can't believe we can add at 183p
Thanks matt, good solid performance from Nigel there, he's credible and honest, a no-nonsense CEO. Interesting that a full listing is an objective whilst maintaining divi payments. long term hold for me.
Now thats a big target....

Good to see the upward trend. Should go back to 200+ quite quickly now and then rerate from there.
Must be me ramping . On what basis do you think you can ramp CAML....haha
............No more than you can de ramp I suspect
they had a few million in metals waiting to be sold at the end of h1, the next dividend is looking like 6-8p($14m-$19m), compared to $23m in h1, and most of the years capex has now been paid for. that, together with the usual higher production in h2, means it highly unlikely cash will be lower at the end of h2, but don't let me stop you ******* in the wind.
Nige will be addressing our poor SP on next weeks conf call
Buy back ??
Take your point bonxie, but I'm most peeved that they were always undervalued and are still under valued, maybe twice there was some sp appreciation but it didn't stick
"I like the div this Co pays but jeezo share price at this point has effectively gone nowhere in many many years"
Well that's what happens when you pay a big div and don't expand right?
Yes they did, don't remember exactly but perhaps additional 80% shares issued
Did they dilute when they bought Sasa?
I'm a caml holder, terry could be right on the equity raise, could happen when they buy the next asset.... I personally would not prefer this to happen... I wonder if the most shareholder profitable would be to stay as a two site business and exhaust both assets retuning all cash to shareholders.... I like the div this Co pays but jeezo share price at this point has effectively gone nowhere in many many years
Still a hold for me at close to 10% div albeit it may be trimmed as to their free cash floe calculation
Why would they need to raise equity? They have $50m in cash, dividends cost $20m each half year and they have raise corporate debt in the past.
Cash was flat in H1 2022, larger capex spend this year. Don't see what the panic is all about.
Terry, your spreading yourself too thin. The only thing getting diluted, is the quality of your posts.
No they won't
Based on solid performance, also significant hint around divi
Terry read the RNS properly. This is a production update (which is bang on). Shipment has skewed the cash in bank
Perhaps you should be called Terry Try Harder....haha
Dangerous game with China stimulus package looming.
I take it you're shorting, Terry? It would make sense why you're disregarding relevant factors to peddle negativity!?!
Solid as always, expect a another good divi
