I call into sites in east Sussex and speak to finishing trades and they say that they are busy.

For TW. to climb to 3rd from bottom of the Footsie 100 the market cap has to rise 24m as of todays prices.

I believe that next Tue will be the low as its the time toleave the Footie 100 the shorters will close their shorts and TW. will then spike on thier actions alone.

It will then rise into ex div day.

A great time to buy TWE.

Burbury left the footsie 100 in Sep 2024 at about 600p.

By Feb 06 2025 5 months later it had climbed to 1 235p

Its currently 1300p

Im hoping that yesterday was our low and that there is a very good chancefor TW. to trickle up all the way until the next interest rate meeting next month.

Unfortunately this week contains July 4th. For me and the stocks that I follow this week always seems to be a very slow week with the US not open on the 4th July.

I always say to myself that these are in the UK markets but the demand for asset risk seems so low during the week with 4th july in it.

I feel very positive at the opening trades before 9am today considering the military action taken last night.

I was fearing the TW. opening SP to start the day off below 117.

So i see this as a very positive start to our week.

Ive Just visited 2 TW. Sites in Sussex to see for my own eyes that on the 2 sites they are currentl completing 3 units per week between the 2 building sites.

I think that today or next week will be one of the best opertunities for investors to top up.

We all new that TThe BOE were goinfg to keep rates the same yestersday and they have indicated that the will return to reducing the interest rates as long in six weeks time on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

As long as the rate is cut on Thursday, August 7, 2025 we should run up until the Autumn.

The next week or so could be everyone best chance to top up.

I'm hopeing that we tick up this week as we have already fallen further than i thought we would but on the down side I think that will carry on falling over the next few weeks before we rebound next month.

This will give everyone a chance to top up hopefully.

If we drop far enough Janus Henderson Investors will hopefully will close their short which is hanging over us.

Hopefully the BOE will reduce interest rates on Thursday the 7 August giving us the chance to push on past the 2025 recent highs of 122p and start to look at the next level of 130p which we held at the end of 2024.

The TW. SP might carry on falling well into the month so I view this as a really good time to top up.

I belive that this is always a slow week for the stock markets with the aniversary of the assassination of JFK on the 5th of june, we could see a 1 to 3% drop on Thursday.

There is currently more then twice as many buys to sells so the TW. SP sholud start to rally this week and through the summer.

The next final div date will be 29-May-2025 and a dividend payment date of 17-Jul-2025.

This should be over 30p but the dec date is this fri the 15th.
