Everyone run for the hills TheMadStork has spoken.
FunInvestor I make you right.
I believe that CINE will improve as we get nearer to the final results on March the 17th and into the popular run of film titles.
As the stock rises I believe more shorting companies will enter the market as the volatility in CINE is not going away any time soon.
Shorters will need to push the share down so that re-short again at the higher value.

@Ianharding.
I remember watching a interview on CNBC last year when a rep from Netflix said that they were more interested in making quality series than films.
Jennifer Aniston replied that this may not be such a strategy because you can not win an Oscar for being in a series, but only for being in a film.
They replied that netflix would not be able to win an Oscar so it was not part of their plan.
If this is still part of their strategy then why would they buy cinemas.
It well known that they have aquired land in the UK to build studios.
@Hussartbr
No Rumour mongering from me.
I hope to be going to Spain for a wedding in April and I am hoping that they are going to be opening Spain up for everyone inline with the UK.
No Game playing going on from me just a simple Question.
Im currently watching CNBC and an annalist has just stated that yesterdays drop was over so quick because shorters were closing their put calls.
Thats very positive news for holders of CINE.
AS long as cine is one of the companies that this happened with.
Before today the shorters had 8.18% of the stock so we will soon see if this changes.

Ive just checked out if any of yesterdays after hours business is showing in the short list.
At this time it is not.
Does anyone on here know how long it takes for the shorting lists to be up dated.
If last night after hours trades were not shorters closing their position then there must have been quite a bit of buying on a low.
So the price should fly either way.
GLA
wow since I posted a couple of min ago over 200k shares have been purchased so this could be the weeks low right now and we might close above 40p.
I will be over the moon.
GLA.
This could be shorters best opportunity to close their short position as this is a market correction and not a Cineworld issue.
If I had the foresight to sell last Thursday I would be straight back in today.
GLA.
Almost everything is moving down due to the political situation.
I will be very happy if we close above 40p today and over the moon if we manage to close above 41p today.
If we can close above 40p/41p this week. I believe that this could be a new bottom and that would frighten the hell out of shorters.

New Holland Capital LLC 2.42 0.03% 13 Apr 2021.
Can someone please tell us how long a company can hold a short position for.
New holland have held this short for just over 9 month snow?
GLA
From this Disclosed SHORT positions page we can see that companies have been trying to SHORT CINE since 2012, when the current disclosure regime was introduced. Thats 7 years before the current COVID crisis even happened
This points out that Mooky will need to improve his market news feed information dramatically for these people to go away for good otherwise this problem will just keep rearing its ugly head.
This is prob the reason why Hedge fund managers aren't climbing aboard CINE.
@Rusclegg87.
You never know, because these people must have an aggressive suppressing sour traight ingrained deep in their personality.
I am very sad to say.

A big Batman film combined with the final figures coming out on the 17th of march will see our CINE shares go into turbo drive hopefully.

@ OGM4.
The way that I understand this is that its more important to understand how the USA are dealing with the Omricon Virus as they are by far our main source of business as opposed to Europe.
As you know the Omricon virus is improving rapidly in the USA and the Cinema attendance figures are very good with a fantastic catalogue films available right now.
Attendance figures for the new Scream film are fantastic in the USA.
Nice to see CINE not breaking back down each time it goes up.
Come on 44p this week.
Happy Wednesday everyone.
GLA
Yes Stocks are risky but ive got this stock as a very strong BUY. Congratulations to all of the long term holders. 53p in 2 months time hopefully.
53p will be fantastic, but back to the real would I'm just hoping to finish above 43p today, just because it is Martin Luther King day today. I then hope that we will can push forward to 46p later this week.
Unfortunately somewhere around 46p to 53p I think that we will see some shorters re enter the market to try and force us back down.
At this point I am genuinely optimistic that the next set of details to be released on the 17th of march will see us pushing forward as there could be the ODD hedge fund start to look at getting back into the stock.

bare in m ind that K2 & Associates Investment Management Inc increased their short position just before case ruling. They have just reduced there short position by 0.12% down to 1.68%.
Hopefully this is a very good sign.
4 more trades have just gone through but are registered as UT.
I noticed that AHL Partners LL reduced their short positions yesterday to 0.68% down by 0.10% there was also 2 massive purchases of shares in CINE after hrs tonight. Hopefully we will be in for a stella day tomorrow.
I believe that there will be a slow constant rise until the Next Event which will be final results on the 25/03/2022.
With probably the strongest set of films releases over the last year giving a very strong set of figures which will impress everyone.
I will be over the moon if mookey does not issue a divided and declares to us that this terms div will go directly to reducing the gross debt.
I will be happy to see dividends start in 2023 instead of 2022.
